At the same time, we peel the garlic and press it through a press, adding it to the broth. Wash the citrus fruit, cut it and squeeze the juice into the pan. Mix everything and let it boil again;
  2. Then we throw the crab into the brine, wait for it to boil, and cook for 15-17 minutes. With prolonged digestion, we can end up with a “rubbery” and tasteless fillet, and if we cook less, we risk becoming very poisoned. The finished crab comes out a rich reddish color;
  3. We take it out of the brine and put it on the back to cool, this will avoid loss of juice from the meat;
  4. While the main ingredient is cooling, let's proceed to the rest included in our recipe. We wash the tomatoes well, then cut them into not very thin circles, which we then divide into quarters;
  5. Wash the cucumber, remove the skin, chop into medium cubes;
  6. We cut the cheese into the same shape and approximately the same size as the cucumber;
  7. Drain brine from sweet peas;
  8. We cut the crab as follows: open the shell with a knife, take out the meat, separating the gills and mucus from it. We also cut the claws and remove the tender fillet. Then we grind it;
