To prepare a simple and incredibly tasty salad, prepare the following products:

  • turkey 0.3 kg (we will need fillet),
  • chicken fillet 150 g (smoked),
  • pineapples in a jar - 0.2 kg,
  • bell pepper 150 gr,
  • hazelnuts 100 g, raisins 50 g,
  • two chicken eggs,
  • mayonnaise and a bouquet of greens.

The very first thing we start cooking with is boiling chicken eggs.

Raisins should be soaked in boiling water for just a couple of minutes. In this way, it will become significantly softer and clear of dirt. We grind the nuts or chop them with a knife. We cut the smoked chicken fillet into a narrow strip, or you can separate it into fibers with your hands, in general, whatever is comfortable for you.

Bell peppers need to be thoroughly washed and cleaned. Then we cut it into strips. Cut the turkey into thin slices or into strips. To get the beautiful taste of pineapple, cut it into small cubes. Please note that excess liquid is not needed, so wet the pineapple with a napkin, and then proceed to cutting it out.

All chopped products should be thoroughly mixed in a bowl, add mayonnaise (it is better to prepare it yourself at home). We put everything into a beautiful salad bowl.

Since the salad is intended for Easter, it must be decorated according to the holiday. Shape the lettuce into an egg shape. We separate boiled chicken eggs into yolk and white. Grate the egg white, then cover the salad sparingly. Lubricate well with mayonnaise. Next, sprinkle moderately with yolk so that the white is completely covered.

Before serving, you should decorate the dish - sprinkle with chopped herbs and chopped nuts.
To add sourness, arrange cranberries well. If you are using frozen cranberries, leave them at room temperature before decorating. How special the taste will be if you come across cranberries. We don’t eat right away. It should be soaked, so we put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. We decorate after it is soaked.

Easter Bunny Salad

This unusual salad will decorate your festive table.
Having tasted it, guests will certainly take the recipe for its preparation from you, and will remain satisfied when trying the dish. The tender and unique taste will pleasantly surprise you.

Prepare the necessary products:

  • 4 pieces of chicken eggs,
  • one onion (if you like, you can add blue onion),
  • homemade pickled cucumbers 0.2 kg,
  • medium sized boiled chicken breast,
  • hard cheese 200 gr,
  • 3 large olives,
  • 1 fork Chinese cabbage, mayonnaise (it’s better if it’s homemade).

The first place to start cooking is to boil the chicken breast. Lightly add salt to the water in which the chicken will be cooked and for piquancy, you can add a few spices. If the breast is bone-in, remove it. The breast should be cut into cubes, but not large.

The onion can be finely chopped. If you use blue onions, they will add sweetness to the dish.

Cut the pickled cucumbers into small cubes or narrow strips. If there is a lot of water in the cucumber, then you should remove it. It is strictly forbidden to add cucumbers with liquid.

Hard cheese should be divided into 2 parts. We grate one part, the other will be needed as decoration.

Next, peel the boiled eggs. Because we will need separate whites and yolks, we separate them from each other. The protein should be grated on a small grater and poured into the salad.

Mash the yolks with your hands or grate them again, but this time on a large grater.
We put it aside, it will be useful for decoration. Mix the chopped products with mayonnaise, but do not add too much, so as not to interrupt the taste.

The dish is served as follows: spread the salad on the leaves of Chinese cabbage and form a bunny carcass.

Sprinkle the top generously with egg whites and use grated cheese to make spots on the “bunny” carcass. Using olives we make eyes and a nose, and from cabbage we make ears.

Place it in the refrigerator so that it is thoroughly soaked.
