Pizza in the oven

Pizza in the oven

The best pizza “A la pepperoni and double cheese”

Not long ago we walked to the coolest pizzeria in our town. prices are galactic. BUT.. the pizza there is stunning. A chef from Italy cooks there... such a cute Italian. In short, we went and enjoyed ourselves to our heart's content. I wanted to learn how to create the same pizza at home. I kept thinking that it was all in the test. or that they bake pizza on stones, etc., in general, I didn’t know what the secret was. But using the test method, I still found my perfect pizza. like that same Italian. and the cost is exactly 8 times cheaper. It’s not for nothing that pizza is called “double cheese”. not because there are two types of cheese. A. Come in and learn all the intricacies of making pizza in the Italian style.

Pie “Guests on the threshold”

If your friends call and say that they will be with you in 15 minutes, you can greet them with a tasty dish that is suitable for both sweet tea and a glass! It’s quick, easy to prepare, and comes out very tasty!

Pizza dough and pizza itself

The dough is very tasty, it comes out thin and crispy, just like in pizzerias, and at the same time it does not require any incredible time costs, it is prepared from goods available to everyone.

A la pizza

Pizza is such a delicious thing, the number of options for making it and the abundance of insides is simply amazing. Now I made a lazy one from lavash, it turned out very tasty, in fact, the absence of dough and the juicy filling will not leave anyone indifferent. And it’s simply done at once.

Potato pizza without dough

I really liked this idea! It prepares quickly, no hassle with the dough, but taste. In general, my child now asked me to constantly create pizza only in this way.

Pizza “Ham and mushrooms”

Pizza Prosciutto e Funghi. Well, here we begin our epic of Italian pizzas. My taster, unlike the Topolina cook's taster, was against any photo shoots - he wanted to eat.

Pizza “Primavera”

5 manufacturing secrets. Here it is - people's love - pizza! What they don’t put in it, and what they don’t call it! Meanwhile, pizza is far from being everything in order, baked under a layer of cheese on the dough. This is a dish whose recipe has its own rules, a dish where the taste of both the dough and the ingredients of its interior can be clearly distinguished. Even the most ordinary Margherita pizza (dough + sauce + cheese + basil), but perfectly cooked, is self-sufficient and without any interior at all. The thing is that good pizza has several secrets. I would like to see them using the example of Primavera pizza, which in Italian means Spring pizza. And it is spring because it uses the freshest vegetables and does not use meat ingredients. This makes it, compared to ordinary pizza, the lightest and freshest, which is so vitally fresh sometimes.

Pizza Tropicana

I'm posting the recipe for the inside. It turns out sweet, spicy, juicy.

Homemade pizza with narrow crust

One of almost all pizza options, it cooks quickly and is a godsend for lovers of thin dough. And delicious!

Closed pizza

This kind of pizza is no worse than traditional pizza, and it’s even easier to prepare! Come in!

Homemade pizza in the oven

A couple of recipes for homemade pizza cooked in the oven - and, again, you have a worthy dish on your table for evening tea. Let it come from sunny Italy! But it was prepared by the warm, experienced hands of local housewives.

Pizza with yeast dough

For the dough: one and a half glasses of milk, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil (olive oil is fine), 1 packet of dry yeast, flour (as much as the dough will accept), salt.

Pour yeast, a pinch of salt into a bowl, pour warm milk, and part of the flour. Mix everything. Leave in a warm place for the dough to rise. After 15-20 minutes, add other ingredients to the dough. And you need enough flour to knead a thick, non-flowing dough. Let the dough rest in a warm place for about 15 minutes. Now you need to take a piece of it, roll it out thinly and place the pancake in a round pan, lifting the edges along the sides of the pan. Grease the bottom of the pizza with ketchup. Then add ingredients to taste. Any! There can be a huge amount of insides! The top of the pizza is usually sprinkled with grated hard or soft cheese so that it melts perfectly.

The pizza must be placed in the oven at 180 degrees. Bake until the edges of the dough are golden. Serve hot.

Pizza “Traditional” in Italian

Knead the dough from 2.5 cups of flour sifted through a sieve, a glass of warm water, a couple of tablespoons of olive oil, a packet of rapid dry yeast, a teaspoon of salt.

Knead and let sit in a warm place until the dough rises. To make it more fluffy as quickly as possible, you can put it in a bowl in another container with hot water. While the dough is rising, let's create the filling.

Finely chop the garlic, two cloves, fry it in one spoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan, add finely chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper them, add finely chopped oregano (bunch), simmer for 10 minutes.

Roll out the dough, put it in the mold (if the molds are small, then divide the dough in half). The dough should be no thicker than half a centimeter. Put tomato sauce on it. Cheese (grated) and basil leaves are placed on top. Next, put the pizza in the oven and bake until done.

To this pizza you can add halves of olives, olives, ham, cut into strips, or other types of meat, for example, smoked chicken, carbonate, pieces of boiled beef. But traditional Italian pizza with oregano and basil is prepared this way.

Pizza

Pizza is one of the most favorite Italian dishes. This is a round cake of dough with an inside, baked in the oven.

The history of pizza. Flatbread with vegetables and cheese has been eaten on the Apennine Peninsula since ancient times. In the 16th century, tomatoes were brought to Europe - one of the indispensable ingredients of classic pizza. In the 17th century, pizza began to gain popularity among the Italian people. Then it was not considered a generous dish, because it included the most ordinary ingredients: dough, cheese, tomatoes, olive oil. And only in the 19th century did it appear on the royal table.

Pizza Margherita. At the end of the 19th century, Naples was visited by the ruler of Italy, Umberto I, and his wife Margaret of Savoy. A “three-color” pizza was made for her: the colors of the Italian flag were used in its interior: greenish (basil), snow-white (mozzarella cheese) and reddish (tomatoes). This pizza was named after the queen.

Pizza dough must be yeast. It is important that the flatbread be quite narrow and soft, so that the finished pizza can be folded in half without breaking. Experts advise not to roll out the cake, but to knead it with your fingers, giving it a suitable shape. In Italian pizzerias you can watch how pizza makers, called pizzaiolos, beautifully roll a flatbread on their finger above their heads.

Pizza interior. Each region of Italy has its own unique pizza making: classic local products, so-called specialties, are added to the filling - different types of cheese, sausage and dried meat, fish and seafood, spices and herbs.

Now the choice of ingredients for the inside is enormous, because by and large, following the advice of the heroine of the movie “The Blonde Around the Corner,” you can put everything in the refrigerator on the pizza. All over the world, pizza is prepared in different ways - according to conventional recipes or inventing your own, boldly imagining on the theme of pizza - sometimes so boldly that the initial dish is not even clear. There are even dessert versions of pizza - with fruits and berries.

Baking pizza. Classic pizza is baked in a special wood-burning oven that can maintain a very high temperature. At home, you need to bake pizza in the oven, previously preheated to a very high temperature - at least 220 C. It is much better to bake pizza on a hot stone. If you don't have a special stone, place an upside down baking sheet in the center of the oven and let it heat up with the oven. Only if these criteria are met will the pizza be baked in a matter of minutes and the dough will be baked, but not dry.
