- Fry the minced meat in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Separately fry sliced mushrooms and onions.
- Boil the eggs, grate on a large grater.
- Place on waffle crusts and top with mayonnaise.

Waffle snack cake Two in one

⑥ | Wafer shortcakes - 1 pack. |

⑧ | Cheese - 300 g |

Grate the cheese, twist the meat and salt and pepper the liver. Fry the mushrooms with onions.
We put two shortcakes at the bottom so that it doesn’t get soggy. Grease the crust with mayonnaise and put minced meat on top.
2nd shortbread + mayonnaise and mushrooms.
3rd shortbread + mayonnaise and cheese.
And so on until the shortbreads are finished. (I ran out of mushrooms.) Sprinkle cheese on top and put in the microwave or oven so that the cheese melts.
