  3. Roll out 3/4 of the test mass across the diameter of your baking pan. The thickness of the layer should be approximately one and a half centimeters. We put it in a mold and create “sides”;
  4. We clean the fruits from skins and seeds, cut them into medium cubes, place them on top of the dough layer and sprinkle with sweet powder;
  5. Roll out the rest of the dough, cut into strips and place on top of each other on top of the apples, forming a “lattice”;
  6. We coat our future masterpiece with egg and let it “rest” for half an hour;
  7. Bake in an oven preheated to 210 degrees for approximately 20 minutes;
  8. The finished dessert is served cooled.
