Naturally, almost all chefs strive to prepare dishes in the best traditions of the classics, but sometimes previously unfamiliar ingredients add versatility to the taste, revealing any color.
So, we will need:
- Raw pork ribs – 1-1.3 kg
- Kiwi (small) – 1 piece
- Olive oil – 3 tbsp
- Salt – 0.5 tsp
- Ground pepper – ¼ tsp
- Khmeli-suneli – ¼ tsp
Manufacturing method:
- We start with the marinade. Kiwi needs to be peeled and pureed in a blender, or you can simply mash it into a paste.
- Mix all the spices thoroughly in a separate container and add to the kiwi. Continuing to stir, pour in the olive oil and mix everything thoroughly again.
- Let's prepare the ribs. We rinse them well, if present, remove the top film if you come across a cut with excess fat and layers.
- We divide the cut into several pieces and make an incision in each one. Lubricate the ribs with marinade and leave in the refrigerator for no more than 25-35 minutes. In order not to miss the moment, we set a timer just in case. If you suddenly come across a cut from an old pig, increase the time by 10 minutes.
- Place the ribs and the remaining marinade into the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
- When serving, if desired, pour over the sauce formed in the pan.

This recipe is slightly more difficult, but you don’t have to marinate the meat! At the end of baking in the oven, the ribs are decorated with herbs. The smells of this dish attract you to the table from the very threshold!
We will need:
- Raw pork ribs – 1-1.5 kg
- Cherry tomatoes – 250 g or tomatoes – 2 pcs.
- Dry tarragon – 0.5 tsp
- Garlic – 2-3 cloves
- Pepper – ¼ tsp
- Salt – 0.5 tsp
- Juice of half a lemon
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
- Rosemary or parsley - a couple of sprigs when serving
Manufacturing method:
- We wash the ribs and dry them on a cardboard towel.

- Black beer – 150 ml
- Black honey – 2 tbsp
- Oregano – small whisper
- Salt and pepper - to taste
Manufacturing method:
- Wash the cooled ribs and dry them on a cardboard towel. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper to taste. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Meanwhile, fry the ribs for almost 2-3 minutes over high heat on each side. We use a frying pan with thick walls. There is no need to add oil for this. This will give you a beautiful golden color and an appetizing crust.
- In a separate frying pan, you can do it in this one, but then temporarily put the ribs in another container, caramelize finely chopped onion and crushed garlic in vegetable oil.
- In a bowl, combine honey, mustard, beer, oregano and mix thoroughly until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Add this paste to the onion and steam the sauce for several minutes over low heat, stirring frequently. The beer size should be slightly less than half the original size.
- Distribute the ribs on a baking sheet, coated with sauce on both sides and bake in the oven for 50 minutes. You can also double the amount of beer when making the sauce, and bake the ribs with it in a duck pot or cauldron for about 1.5 - 2 hours.

- Pork ribs – 1.3 kg
- Potatoes – 1 kg (small tubers)
- Vegetable oil – 1 tsp
- Light thin honey – 8 tsp
- Soy sauce – 6 tbsp
- Parsley, fennel and rosemary - 3-4 sprigs each
Manufacturing method:
- Wash the ribs, cut into portions, and leave to dry.
- Carefully mix the vegetable oil with honey and soy sauce until the mixture is homogeneous in a large container. You can add a pinch of salt or pepper at your discretion.

Ingredients:
- pork ribs – 1kg;
- Provençal herbs – 1 tbsp;
- ground pepper (mixture) – 0.5 tsp;
- garlic – 2-3 cloves;
- sunflower oil – 2 tbsp;
- salt;
- lemon – 0.5 pcs;
- turmeric – 1 tsp.
How to cook pork ribs in foil
- Cut the ribs into portions and place in a deep bowl.
- Add salt and spices: turmeric, herbs de Provence and a mixture of peppers.
- Cut the garlic into slices and add to the meat. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon and pour it over the ribs along with sunflower oil.
- Mix everything well so that the spices are distributed throughout the meat. Cover the ribs and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

How to create pork ribs in the oven in a sleeve
- It is better to take pork ribs with a small layer of fat. Wash and dry with a cardboard towel.
- Cut into portions. Place them in a bowl in which they will marinate.
- Peel the onions and cut them into half rings, add half a teaspoon of salt and mix well to release the juice.
- Combine the onion with the ribs.
- Add spices for meat, suneli hops, ground dark pepper, ground paprika and salt.
- Let's mix.
- At the end, add lemon juice and a little ketchup.
- Again, mix everything well and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 2-3 hours. Ideally, at night (that is, in the dark) . Then the meat will taste like kebab.

How to cook pork ribs with honey in the oven
- To make the marinade, mix soy sauce, olive (or sunflower) oil, honey and mustard. Squeeze out the garlic.
- Marinate the ribs with the sauce, then add spices to taste, salt and pepper as desired (don’t forget that soy sauce is already salty).
- Mix and leave in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, covering with a lid or cling film. The meat will marinate perfectly and acquire a rich taste.
