Prepare the ingredients for making honey cake in a slow cooker according to the list of ingredients. Melt the butter in advance in a microwave oven or in a water bath and cool to room temperature. Sift the wheat flour through a fine sieve twice, thanks to this it will be saturated with oxygen, which has a beneficial effect on the structure of the baked goods.
Beat the chicken eggs into a clean, dry bowl and add vanilla sugar. Also, for better whipping, you can add a pinch of salt or a couple of drops of lemon juice.
Using a mixer, beat the mixture until smooth. The mass should lighten and increase slightly in volume.
Then add soft honey and prepared butter to the egg mixture. Stir.
Add sifted wheat flour and baking powder.
Stir so that there are no flour lumps. The dough should be quite thick and smooth.
Transfer it to a multicooker bowl lined with parchment or greased with a thin layer of butter.
Close the multicooker lid and select the “Baking” mode, press the “Start” button. Bake the honey cake in the slow cooker for 60 minutes until the beep sounds. Carefully, so as not to burn yourself, transfer the finished cake onto an iron wire rack and let it cool one hundred percent.
Before serving, cut the baked goods into portions. Considering that honey cake is moderately sweet, it can be coated with glaze or sprinkled with sweet powder.

Recipe for making honey cake in a slow cooker
Ingredients:
- Honey – 6 tbsp. no slide
- Testicles – 5 pcs.
- Sugar – 1 multi-cup
- Flour – 2 -2.5 cups
- Soda – 1 tsp.
- Condensed milk – 0.5 cans
- Sour cream – 0.5 cups
Manufacturing:
Combine honey with soda and heat on the stove, stirring constantly, until it reaches a caramel color.
Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer for 10 minutes.
Carefully add honey.
Add flour evenly, stirring with a spoon.
Place the dough into a greased multicooker bowl.
Set the “Baking” mode for 65 +20 minutes (do not open the lid!)
After the time has passed, open the lid and remove the cake using a steamer container.
Let the cake cool slightly, divide it into several parts (I divided it into 2 parts, but you could easily divide it into 3), grease it with cream (sour cream + condensed milk), and let it soak.

Both adults and kids love savory baked goods, and cupcakes are literally no exception. Try creating a honey cake in a slow cooker. To make a delicious and fragrant honey cake in a slow cooker, the following products will be useful:
- Flour – 1.5-2 cups
- Honey – 8-9 tablespoons
- 4 testicles
- Butter – 50 g
- Baking powder - teaspoon
- Vanillin
- A pinch of salt
Making honey cake in a slow cooker
Break the eggs and pour into a mixing bowl. Add a pinch of salt. Beat the eggs and salt with a mixer until a stable foam forms.
Continue beating, reducing the speed slightly, and evenly add the baking powder, honey and vanilla.
Turn off the mixer and gradually add flour to the dough. You can simply stir it with a spoon or take a whisk and knead the dough with it. The result will be a mass of rather thick mixture, denser than thick sour cream.
The multicooker bowl must be greased with butter. Grease the bottom and walls, just above the level where the dough will be. Pour the dough into a bowl and place it in the multicooker.
Close the lid of the multicooker, set the steam release valve to the “no pressure” position, in other words, it should be open. Select the “Baking” program and set a longer time - 35 minutes. At first, the multicooker will heat up, then it will start baking the cake.
At the end of the program, the multicooker will beep.
It is better to remove the cake after it has cooled slightly. You can use a steaming net for this. Place the finished cake on a plate.
If it looks a little pale to you, turn it over so the browned side is facing up.
Our honey cake, prepared in a slow cooker, is very tasty with milk or tea.

- little salt;
- 1 spoon tbsp. sweet powder.
Manufacturing
- Divide the eggs into yolks and whites, beat the outer ones with sugar and salt until strong foam. With the mixer running, add the yolks and honey one at a time.
- Add flour and quicklime soda evenly and mix gently.
- Coat the multicooker shape with butter, lay out the dough and level it.
- We prepare the cake in baking mode for 45 minutes, let it brew for another 10 minutes, and then open it.
- Sprinkle the finished dish with powder.
The manufacturing process takes an hour, the yield is 6-8 servings. Serve with your favorite drink.
“Tender curd-orange dessert”
Ingredients:
- 100 g honey;
- a pinch of salt;
- 350 g of any kind of cottage cheese;
- 3 chicken eggs;
- 1.5 cups sifted flour;
- a piece of butter;
- 80 g sweet orange.
Manufacturing
- Separate the whites and yolks. Beat the first ones with a mixer with salt until stiff peaks form.
- Peel the citrus and cut into thin slices.
- Mix the yolks with the remaining ingredients until smooth. Add proteins to the acquired mass. Mix carefully.
- Grease the pan with oil, put half of the dough there, level it, add an orange, and put the remaining dough on top.
- We turn on our kitchen appliance to baking mode for 1 hour. Then keep it in the slow cooker for another 15 minutes.
“Delicious homemade cupcake”
Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons (heaped) of honey;
- 5 pieces. eggs;
- 1 cup of sugar;
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda or baking powder;
- little butter or margarine;
- 2.5 cups (cut) flour.
Manufacturing
- Combine honey with baking powder (or soda) and place in a water bath until completely dissolved.
- Beat eggs with sugar for 5-6 minutes, add honey and continue beating. Add flour and stir.

Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups honey;
- 4 testicles;
- 2 tablespoons tbsp. sour cream;
- 1 teaspoon of soda;
- 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 2.5 cups flour.
Manufacturing
- Combine honey, butter, eggs and sour cream, add flour and soda, knead until smooth.
- Pour the dough into a multi-cooker form, previously greased with oil.
- Cook in baking mode for an hour.
The product yield will be 4 servings, production takes 80 minutes. You can decorate with sweet powder and oranges, as in the photo.
“Delicious cupcake with raisins”
Ingredients:
- 0.5 kg flour;
- 200 g of any honey;
- half a stick of butter;
- 3 testicles;
- 50 g raisins;
- 1 packet of baking powder;
- 150 ml warm water;
- vanilla and cinnamon - optional.
Manufacturing
- Sift the flour and combine with all the other bulk ingredients.
- Soak the raisins until they swell.
- Combine the remaining ingredients with water and add flour to this solution, stirring thoroughly until smooth.
- Add raisins to the dough.
- Pour everything into the previously greased multicooker container and turn on the baking program for an hour.
To make the dish look dressed up, as in the photo, you can decorate it with sweet powder and chocolate chips.
