Manufacturing:
- Boil potatoes and eggs, cool and peel.
- Cut all salad ingredients into narrow strips.
- Squeeze a clove of garlic into a container with mayonnaise, add finely chopped parsley there, and mix.
- Place lettuce leaves, torn into large pieces, at the bottom of the dish.
- Form layers of salad, spreading mayonnaise through one layer: potatoes, sausage, cucumbers, apple, eggs, nuts. Cover the top layer with sauce and place the olive halves on the salad.
In order not to overload salads with mayonnaise, you should not spoon it out, but pour it in a narrow stream, using a bag with a small hole on the side.
