    Everyone loves pizza. Naturally, what I want to offer you turns out to be a completely non-traditional Italian dish. But if you have a small jar of pickled mushrooms, try making this delicious pastry using my recipe. I'm sure your family will love it. The taste of the baked goods is so fragrant that everyone will be waiting with great impatience for it to finally be prepared in order to experience it more quickly.

    Traditional pizza is one of the most favorite dishes. This is a large yeast flatbread, which is spread with tomato sauce on top, filled with filling and sprinkled with cheese. Cheese is the most basic ingredient, and Italians believe that the cheese must definitely be Mozzarella.

    I adapted the ingredients to suit myself and made the filling from what was in my refrigerator. I’ll write about the ingredients a little later, but the dish turned out to be very fragrant, filling and, naturally, not very nutritious. But we don’t eat it every day, so we didn’t have any particular remorse about it.

    How to make pizza with salted mushrooms, sausage, tomatoes and cheese

    Russian people also love pizza because it is tasty and filling. You can order it to your home at any time, and in almost an hour, or even earlier, it will be delivered to your home, hot and fragrant. And baking it yourself isn’t that difficult either. And for the inside, you can use foods that would probably end up in any refrigerator.

    Making the dough

    First, let's prepare the dough. To make it you will need:

    • 1 glass of water,
    • 3 cups flour,
    • 2 tbsp. l. olive or other vegetable oil,
    • 1 tsp. salt,
    • 2 tbsp. l. Sahara,
    • 2 tbsp. l. (1 packet) dry yeast.

    Add water, salt, sugar, butter and yeast to a cup of flour. Mix everything and knead the dough. Leave the dough in the same cup, cover it with cling film and leave for about 1 hour.

    I made the dough in a bread maker. By the way, it’s a very successful device in the kitchen, which helps me create dough for dumplings, pies from yeast dough, and for pizza too. I put all the ingredients in the bowl, set the time and you can do something else. In our case, I started working on the insides of the pizza.

    Making the inside

    • Salted mushrooms - (I ended up with milk mushrooms in a 1.7 ml jar),
    • Sausage – 100-150 g,
    • Mozzarella cheese (you can use a cheese product or any other cheese) – 100 g,
    • Tomato sauce – 100 g,
    • Tomatoes – 2-3 pieces (frozen tomato slices can be used)
    • Carrots – 1 pc.,
    • Onion – 1 pc.,
    • Mayonnaise – 200 g,
    • 3 cloves of garlic,
    • 1 testicle,
    • Little vegetable oil.

    Place the salted mushrooms in a colander and leave them in the colander for some time to drain excess water.

    Pour a little vegetable oil into a frying pan and fry finely chopped onion until it becomes transparent. Then add grated carrots to it and fry along with the onions.

    Meanwhile, squeeze the mushrooms out of the remaining water and chop them finely. Add the mushrooms to the vegetables in the pan.

    Stir, cover with a lid, turn off the heat and leave for 5 minutes. Afterwards, remove the lid so that the inside cools down a little.

    Finely chop the garlic into a separate cup or pass it through a press. Grate the cheese. Combine cheese, garlic and mayonnaise and mix well.

    Our insides have cooled down a little, add one raw egg (so that our insides do not fall apart).

    Stir and the inside is ready.

    Collecting pizza

    Roll out the finished dough into a roller and cut it into equal 8 pieces. You determine the number of pieces based on the size of the pizza.

    Roll out each part with a rolling pin 0.5 cm wide. This will be the base (cake) on which the filling will be placed.

    Place the dough base on a greased baking sheet. On each of them we apply 0.5-1 tbsp. l. tomato sauce, spread it moderately over the entire surface of the flatbread.

    Then place the prepared filling on each flatbread and distribute it sparingly over the entire surface.

    The next layer is thinly sliced ​​sausage and tomato.

    Spread cheese and garlic sauce on top of the filling.

    Place the baking sheet in the oven, previously preheated to 200-220ºС. for about 25-30 minutes until the top is browned.

    By the time the pizza is one hundred percent ready, there is such a smell throughout the kitchen that you simply cannot wait until it is finally baked.

    And now, the pizza is ready! She came out rosy and fragrant. All that remains is to remove it from the baking sheet. Cover it with a clean towel for a couple of minutes, it will come off a little and become soft.
