  • chicken fillet – 400 g

Manufacturing

Boil the beets and potatoes “in their jackets” in advance until fully cooked, cool. Boil the chicken breast in salted water with bay leaf and black pepper - approximately 20 minutes from the moment of boiling. Cool the meat slightly, disassemble into fibers or cut into cubes.

Peel the onion, chop finely and sauté in vegetable oil until it becomes soft and sweetish in taste. When the onion is fried, add chicken breast pieces to the pan, pepper and fry everything together for about a minute. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

Dry the nuts in a dry frying pan, and then chop them with a knife or grind them in a blender (the crumbs don’t have to be very small!). Combine nuts and boiled beets, grated on a medium-mesh grater. Add a little salt, one tablespoon of mayonnaise and a clove of garlic, passed through a press. Stir and use the beets as a layer.

Place a glass in the middle of the huge flat dish in which you plan to serve the salad (it should be level). Layer around it. 1st layer - prunes. Pour boiling water over it, dry it and cut into small cubes. There is no need to grease with mayonnaise.

2nd layer - potatoes, grated. Add a little salt and pepper to the layer so that the salad is not bland. Cover with mayonnaise mesh and spread gently with a spoon.

When distributing the mayonnaise, try not to press too hard, then the salad will turn out tender and airy.

3rd layer - chicken, fried with onions. Soak with mayonnaise.
