- Beat the sour cream separately, mix with cottage cheese and sugar.
- Heat the swollen gelatin until the granules are completely dissolved. This can be created in a water bath or in the microwave. After this, combine with the curd mass.

We all love this cool delicacy since our youth, because jelly has always been one of the best desserts for us, and now we will prepare it ourselves and add many, many new fruits to it.
Manufacturing Description:
Personally, I associate this excellent recipe for making curd jelly with fruits with childhood, because my mother prepared it for me using this recipe. And, in my opinion, you can’t think of a better dessert, because it has such a gentle taste, and the freshest fruits perfectly complement it, and this jelly is indescribably beautiful, so it is perfect for a festive table, especially if it’s a children’s party. Although my experience indicates that adults also eat this delicacy with no little pleasure, so this jelly is essentially a universal option for all occasions. And it’s very easy to prepare, especially if you have in your arsenal this simple recipe for curd jelly with fruit, which I offer for you, so let’s get down to business without unnecessary discussions and prepare a tasty delicacy for the whole family.
1) Before all this, you should choose fruits that will look great on your jelly and at the same time make its taste brighter. I took peach and kiwi, because I love them very much, but you can choose something else, for example, strawberry and orange - also a very wonderful combination of colors.
2) Now we need to prepare gelatin according to the instructions on the pack, so fill it with a small amount of water and leave it to soak. Meanwhile, turn the cottage cheese into a curd paste using a blender, add sugar or honey and sour cream to it, mix thoroughly until the sugar is completely dissolved.
3) When the gelatin swells, we need to melt it so that it turns into a homogeneous mass. We wait until it cools down and mix it with the curd and sugar mixture.
4) Take the form in which we will prepare the jelly and line it with cellophane. Cut the fruit into slices and place them on the sides and bottom of the mold, then fill with gelatinous consistency.
5) Place the mold in the refrigerator until the jelly hardens completely. When the jelly is ready, we carefully remove it from the mold, remove the cellophane and decorate the jelly with mint and fresh fruit, now it can be served.
As you can see, this is a fairly simple recipe and anyone can handle it, so be sure to try to make this jelly for the next holiday, I’m sure your guests will be pleasantly surprised by such a wonderful dessert.

I offer you a light curd dessert with gelatin and fruit. For such a dessert, it is better to use seasonal fruits, and since it is currently winter, kiwis, bananas and oranges are suitable. The dessert can be prepared in silicone molds or glasses and served to anyone personally. The dessert is prepared quite simply and quickly.
To make a dessert from cottage cheese with gelatin and fruit, prepare the necessary products.
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve so that it becomes as homogeneous as possible.
Place the gelatin in a small container and add 100 ml of cool water. Throw in the gelatin to swell for 20 minutes.
Place the cottage cheese in a blender bowl, add sugar and sour cream. Beat using the iron knife attachment.
Heat the gelatin, but do not bring it to a boil. Cool to room temperature.
Pour the cooled gelatin into the curd mixture in a stream and beat.
Cut the banana into slices, sprinkle with lemon juice. Cut the kiwi into cubes, remove the membranes from the oranges and also cut into cubes. Add kiwi and oranges to the curd mass.
Place the curd mixture into glasses, bowls or silicone molds.
I made 2 versions of a curd dessert with gelatin and fruit: I placed bananas on top in silicone molds so that they would end up at the bottom when turned over. I made a layer of bananas and oranges in a glass, then laid out the remaining curd mass. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
The dessert that I made in a glass, I additionally poured strawberry jelly on top. Turn the dessert out of the silicone mold onto a plate and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
