I suggest making the most delicious strawberry pie from yeast dough with streusel. Instead of strawberries, you can eat other, non-sour berries or fruits. The soft butter dough expands well in size, resulting in a fairly large pie that does not go stale for a long time. When finished, the streusel turns into a golden brown crust, which gives the pie not only a beautiful taste, but also a nice appearance. This pastry goes perfectly with a mug of cool milk or a cup of tea or coffee.
To make a strawberry pie from yeast dough, I prepare the ingredients according to the list.
To make this pie, you can use both fresh and frozen strawberries. If the berries are frozen, then you need to defrost them. I open the bag of berries, put the strawberries in a bowl, cut the large berries into 2-4 parts and leave them at room temperature.
In a bowl, combine eggs and sugar.
Beat the ingredients with a fork or whisk.
Add warm milk, salt, vanillin, mix.
I sift the flour until it reaches a milky consistency.
I add dry yeast and mix it with the flour a little.
I add butter at room temperature or melted in the microwave.

I grease a springform pan with a diameter of 25 cm with butter (you can use a pan with a slightly larger diameter, because the cake comes out tall).
When the dough has approximately doubled in volume, I knead it.
Transfer the dough to the prepared pan, cover with film and leave to rise.
At this time I prepare the streusel. In a bowl, combine sifted flour, sugar and butter at room temperature.
I grind the ingredients with my hands until crumbs form.
I heat the oven to 180 degrees. When the dough in the mold has increased in volume by 1.5-2 times, remove the film.
I put strawberries on the dough.
I sprinkle streusel over the strawberries.
I wrap the mold with food foil so that when the dough rises, the streusel does not spill out of the mold. I bake a pie from yeast dough with strawberries in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. I check the readiness of the pie with a toothpick; if the pie is not ready, I bake it a little longer.
I take the pie out of the oven and leave it for 5-10 minutes. I transfer from the mold to a plate.

Recipe for Yeast Pie with Strawberries:
For the dough: heat 125 ml milk, melt 25 g butter in it. Sift 250 g flour, add 50 g sugar, salt, yeast, milk and add yolk. Knead into a smooth dough. Cover and leave in a warm place until doubled in size.
For the streusel: Melt the butter. Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
Add melted butter and yolk.
Mix everything. Add cereal, stir lightly.
Wash, peel, and cut strawberries into halves/quarters. I still didn't have enough cherries. I added starch to the strawberries and mixed carefully.
Roll out the dough onto a baking sheet (shape 28 cm in diameter). Stop approaching for 20 minutes.
Place strawberries on top.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until done.

Ingredients
For yeast dough:
- 330 g wheat flour
- 60 g sugar
- 60 g butter
- 1 testicle
- 150 ml milk
- 40 g sugar
- 1.5 teaspoons dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- a pinch of salt
For the inside:
- 300 g fresh strawberries
- 1.5 tbsp. spoons of starch
- 3-4 tbsp. spoons of sweet powder
Manufacturing
Combine the sifted flour, baking powder and dry yeast in a bowl or dough mixer. Stir.
Pour warm milk into a deep bowl, add eggs, sugar and salt. Beat with a mixer until fluffy.
Pour the milk mixture into the dry ingredients and stir.
Add warm butter and knead into a soft dough – it should stick to your hands and the walls of the bowl.
Gather the dough into a ball, cover the bowl with a clean napkin or cling film, and place it in the warmest space in the apartment.
Let the dough rise for an hour and a half (during this period of time it will increase in volume by 2-2.5 times).
Dust the cutting surface with flour, place two-thirds of the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin into a layer slightly larger than the shape you are going to use (with some extra for the sides).
Preheat the oven to 40 degrees. Grease the pan with vegetable oil and place the cake base into it. Sprinkle the dough with starch.
Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and cut in half. Place the berries on the base, cut side up, and sprinkle with sweet powder using a small strainer.
Roll out the remaining dough into a long sheet and cut into strips about 1.5 cm wide.
Lay the strips over the inside in a grid pattern, tuck the ends over the side and press the edge with a fork. Make a decoration from the leftover dough (I got a rose and a few leaves).
Place the strawberry pie in a warm oven for 20 minutes - this step is called proofing, it is necessary so that the baked goods come out as porous and tender.
