Very airy brushwood made with kefir and yeast

This option is considered very successful. By adding yeast, the dough gets an unusual taste and smell. It comes out insanely rich, but takes a lot longer to prepare. Otherwise, the manufacturing process is no different; it is very simple and doable even for a novice housewife.

Ingredients:

  • Fatty drink – 200 ml.
  • Chicken egg – 2 pcs.
  • Natural honey – 4 tbsp.
  • Dry yeast – 14 gr.
  • Salt – 0.5 tsp.
  • Flour – 3 tbsp.
  • Butter – 100 gr.

Manufacturing process:

  1. The flour must be sifted in advance, the drink must be heated to 40 degrees, and the butter must be melted.
  2. Pour the drink into a deep container, add dry yeast to it and mix thoroughly. Add watery honey.
  3. Beat the chicken eggs into a separate container and mix thoroughly with a whisk until smooth; no need to beat them at all. Add the eggs to the drink and mix the mixture again.
  4. Add melted butter (it must cool before doing this).
  5. Very slowly add the sifted wheat flour into the mixture and thoroughly mix the mixture. It is necessary to keep in mind that the dough is yeast, so it is important not to score it.
  6. Leave the dough for 30-40 minutes in a warm place. Cover the container with a clean kitchen towel.
  7. After 30-40 minutes, the dough must be placed on a dry surface sprinkled with flour and rolled out using a rolling pin.
  8. Cut diamonds or squares from the purchased layer, cut a hole in the center and unscrew the lower part through it.
  9. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan with a thick bottom and place the purchased preparations in it; fry over low heat so that they do not burn.
  10. Once ready, remove excess fat from baked goods.

Curd brushwood on kefir

Cottage cheese contains a lot of calcium, which the baby’s body needs, so any mother tries in every possible way to prepare dishes to feed the little bastard. A good method to force your baby to eat the necessary cottage cheese is brushwood, with its addition. The manufacturing process is quite simple, the main thing is to prepare all the necessary components.

Ingredients:

  • Homemade cottage cheese – 200 gr.
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp.
  • Drink – 500 ml.
  • Chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • Soda – 0.5 tsp.
  • Wheat flour – 2 tbsp.
  • Vegetable oil - for frying.

Manufacturing process:

  1. Bring homemade cottage cheese to a homogeneous mixture using a blender and mix with kefir.
  2. Add sugar, soda and a little salt to the resulting mass. You should not increase the amount of sugar; the dish will burn during frying and will not look appetizing.
  3. Sift flour through a fine sieve.
  4. Add an egg to the curd-kefir mass and re-beat the mixture with a blender. Add sifted flour and knead soft dough.
  5. Roll out the dough on the table using a rolling pin and cut out shapes from it.
  6. Heat a frying pan on the stove. Pour in vegetable oil. Fry the curd brushwood.

Once ready, place the dish on paper napkins to remove excess fat. The brushwood according to this recipe should be prepared for one-time consumption; the next day it loses its taste.

Very crispy and tender kefir brushwood

Brushwood prepared with kefir often comes out not crispy due to the fact that the dough is not mixed correctly. It is important to literally observe the proportion of kefir and flour, so as not to clog the dough; if it turns out not elastic, but hard, there is no hope that the dish will be successful. Vodka or another strong alcoholic drink helps to increase the shelf life, the main thing is not to overdo it - a small glass is more than enough.

Ingredients:

  • Testicle – 4 pcs.
  • Drink – 500 ml.
  • Flour – 5-6 tbsp.
  • Soda – 1.5 tbsp.
  • Vodka – 4 tbsp.
  • Sugar – 4 tbsp.
  • Salt – 1 tsp.

Manufacturing process:

  1. The manufacturing process begins with the chicken eggs being broken into a separate container. They must be carefully beaten with gentle movements of the whisk.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the drink, soda and vodka. The resulting mass is left for 20 minutes. Soda must start working in kefir.
  3. The flour is sifted through a sieve. Combine the egg and kefir mixture.
  4. The sifted flour mass is introduced into the kefir composition and a soft dough is kneaded.
  5. The purchased dough is infused for 30 minutes, and then rolled out into a narrow layer on a smooth surface.
  6. Randomly shaped figures are cut out of the layer and fried in a frying pan in a large portion of vegetable oil.
  7. It is important to observe the temperature regime. The oil must be heated perfectly, and then create a low fire - then the dessert will not burn.

The dish is ready and can be served. Bon appetit!

Homemade brushwood with kefir in the oven

Homemade baking is gaining popularity, because industrial baking is currently at a low level. Brushwood is a regular cookie that doesn’t take much time to make and can be made in a hurry. Not many people like frying as a method of heat treatment, because the dish turns out to be quite greasy. Such food is not permissible for people who are overweight, but what can those who cannot resist a crunchy and fragrant dessert do? Brushwood can be cooked in the oven, then it will become the least caloric.

Ingredients:

  • Drink – 200 ml.
  • Chicken egg – 2 pcs.
  • Flour – 1.5 tbsp.
  • Vanilla sugar – 10 gr.
  • Salt – a pinch.
  • Sweet powder.

Manufacturing process:

  1. All bulk components must be painstakingly combined with each other. To make brushwood, combine flour with salt and sweet powder in a separate container. Due to the use of sweet powder, the dough comes out the most tender and sweet, this is explained by the fact that it is perfectly distributed throughout its composition. Vanillin is introduced.
  2. The drink is combined with egg yolks using a blender and the composition is added to the flour. The mass is thoroughly mixed.
  3. The dough is kneaded until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, placed on the table and rolled out.
  4. Diamonds or rectangles are formed from individual cuts, in the center of which a cut is made through which the lower part is pulled to the upper.
  5. The baking sheet is covered with parchment paper and sent to the oven, heated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on oven power.
