Pour 250 ml of warm milk into a bowl, add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar and 1 teaspoon of dry yeast.

Leave the bowl in a warm place for 15 minutes.

Add 2 tbsp. spoons of natural unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Add 300 g of flour TM “Aleyka”, from the generous fields of Altai.

Knead the dough and cover with cling film, leave for 30 minutes.

Cut 400 g of pork pulp into pieces.

Grind in a meat grinder.

Heat 2-3 tbsp in a frying pan. spoons of sunflower oil TM "Aleika".

Add the minced meat and fry, stirring for 2-3 minutes.

Add finely chopped onion and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Divide the dough into two unequal parts, 2/3 and 1/3.

Grease the mold with butter, roll out a large portion of the dough into a circle and place in the mold.

Add cooled filling and smooth out.

Pinch the edges of the dough.

    6. Simmer cabbage with meat for 10 minutes.

    2. Melt the butter in the microwave and let it cool slightly.
    3. Pour it into a container, put sour cream, salt, sugar there, break the egg.
    4. Add flour and yeast. Mix.
    5. Cover and leave to stand warm. If this is a bread maker, then it will set the appropriate temperature for rising. The rise time is at least 1 hour. Within an hour, the dough will rise perfectly in volume.
    6. In the meantime, we cut the onion into half or quarter rings.
    7. Shred the cabbage thinly.
    8. I used minced pork, but any kind will do.
    9. Pour oil into a frying pan, heat low, add onion. Fry until transparent.
    10. Add minced meat. Fry, breaking up lumps.

    Grease a huge bowl with vegetable oil, place the dough, cover with a towel or cling film and leave in a warm place to proof for 1 hour.
