Champignons – 200 g

  • Minced meat (pork and beef) - 500 g
  • Dark pepper - to taste
  • Spices - to taste
  • Potatoes (raw) - 300 g
  • Mayonnaise (can be replaced with sour cream or unsweetened yogurt) - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Hard cheese - 100 g

Recipe for Stozhki:

Cut the onion and champignons into small cubes.
Fry in a frying pan with 1 tbsp.

Add 1 raw egg to the minced meat.

Cover the pan with foil and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25-35 minutes, depending on your own oven.

Then we grate the cheese on a large grater, sprinkle the stacks with cheese and put them in the oven for another 15-20 minutes without foil.
