And now you have to cook sweet syrup from 110 ml of water and 370 g of sugar. To do this, bring water with sugar dissolved in it to a boil, pour 1 tsp into the syrup. lemon juice and cook for about 15 minutes over low heat until the syrup darkens slightly. Do you understand how easy it is to check the readiness of caramel? Drop a little syrup onto an ice cube, and if it hardens instantly, try the resulting caramel “by the tooth.” It must be fragile and not rigid. Pour the nuts into the prepared syrup, stir the mixture well and place it on parchment, a baking sheet or a board greased with unflavoured vegetable oil. When the grilled meat has hardened, break it into pieces and invite your guests for tea. This sweet roast has a pleasant crunch and is similar to kozinaki, only even tastier!

How to cook soft grilled meat at home

Heat 150 g of honey in a small saucepan over low heat, add 150 g of sugar to it and cook, stirring constantly, until the sweet sand dissolves one hundred percent and the mass begins to thicken. Turn off the heat, pour about 300 g of crushed nuts of various types into the syrup, and after the sugar-nut consistency has cooled, make small sweets from it and place them in the refrigerator for half an hour. You can roll the roasted mixture into a layer, cool and cut into pieces.

There are similar recipes with just honey, without sugar, however, in this case you should take more honey and not cook it, but just bring it to a boil. For 1 glass of honey you need to take 3 glasses of nuts. The only negative is that high temperatures destroy all vitamins (a group of low-molecular organic compounds of relatively simple structure and varied chemical nature) and valuable substances in honey, but this does not affect the taste of the product.

Melt 150 g of bitter chocolate in a water bath, add 50 ml of cream and a couple of spoons of cognac. Dip the balls or pieces into the fondant and leave in the air until dry. Soft honey roast has a delicate texture, and children absolutely adore it.

Homemade grilled recipe with jam

Your household will love this unusual grilled dish, especially if you use fragrant strawberry or wild strawberry jam. Grind 2 cups of peeled nuts, break into pieces 250 g of any chocolate, 3 tbsp. l. Cut the candied fruits into small cubes. From ½ glass of water and 10 tbsp. l. sugar, cook a thick syrup and during the cooking process add candied fruits, pieces of chocolate and nuts.
