Pork under a fur coat
Pork under a fur coat
Now I would like to share with you a recipe for pork under a fur coat. This is a very tasty and ordinary pork dish, which is suitable for both a weekday dinner and a formal table.
I think that meat lovers will certainly take note of this. The pork comes out very juicy and soft. Moreover, you don’t have to additionally prepare a side dish for this dish. The fur coat itself will change it.
Production time: 1.5 hours
Level of difficulty : medium
What do we need to make this dish:
Short production version:
Manufacturing:
1) Wash the meat and dry it with a cardboard towel. Cut into small pieces.
2) Cover any piece with cling film and beat it on both sides.
3) Peel the onion and cut it into half rings. If you took a huge onion, then cut it into four parts.
4) Grate the cheese on a large grater.
5) Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
6) Wash the tomatoes and cut them into rings or half rings.
7) Peel the potatoes, grate them or chop them using a blender on a large attachment. To prevent the potatoes from darkening, they must be temporarily placed in a bowl of cool, slightly salted water. When you need it, you can simply squeeze it out or throw it in a colander and dry it slightly.
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Place chopped pieces of meat on the bottom, salt and pepper. I also added a little Provençal herbs.
9) Place onions and garlic on top of the meat. Add a little salt and pepper.
10) Place a layer of potatoes on top, salt and pepper to taste.
11) Next, place the tomatoes on the potatoes and distribute them sparingly around the entire perimeter.
12) The next layer is mayonnaise. Spread sparingly over tomatoes.
13) Sprinkle with grated cheese.
14) Place in the oven, previously preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. To prevent the cheese from burning, I baked it for the first 15-20 minutes in a pan covered with foil.
