I really love stew for its “all-season” and versatility, because it can be prepared from anything, from everything that is in the refrigerator: any vegetables (fresh or frozen), any kind of meat (poultry or animal). The stew recipe can be adjusted to suit the tastes of every household member. After all, everyone has their own preferences, and everyone wants to please. And if you can’t throw out the herring from “Shuba”, then it’s easy to remove eggplants from the stew.
To make vegetable stew with meat in a slow cooker according to this recipe, you do not need additional water (broth, water). But the spices can be adjusted as desired.
My version of ingredients for making vegetable stew with meat.
Turn on the multicooker to the “Frying” function and pour in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Cut the pork flesh into small pieces, add salt and pepper and fry until beautifully browned. Set the meat aside.
Chop the cabbage and place it in the multicooker bowl, adding 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in advance. Fry until browned.
Peel and rinse carrots and onions. Grate the carrots on a medium grater and cut the onion into small cubes. Place vegetables in a bowl.
Fry for another 3-4 minutes. Add salt and ground pepper to taste.
Place fried meat on top.
Wash the pepper, remove the stem and seeds. Cut the pepper into strips. Place on top of the meat.
Make cross cuts on the tomatoes, pour boiling water over them and remove the skins.
Cut into small cubes and place the vegetable and meat stew into the multicooker bowl. Turn on the “Extinguishing” function for 40 minutes.

I even added a piece of pumpkin, I’ve never done that before, and it turned out so delicious. And I continue to experiment with the multicooker, this time I cooked the stew not in the “Stewing” mode, but in the “Baking” mode. It turned out faster and tastier.

1. Pour a little vegetable oil into the bottom of the pan and place the meat.
2. Place potatoes cut into pieces on the meat.
3. And for the potatoes, all the remaining vegetables (cut into cubes) that you consider suitable.
4. If there is no tomato, add a tablespoon of tomato paste. Salt, pepper, add your favorite seasonings. I did not add water.

Wash the meat and cut into small pieces.

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker pan to cover the bottom. Turn on the “Frying” program for 20 minutes, set the temperature to 150 degrees. Add the meat and fry for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Wash the carrots, peel and grate on a large grater. Peel the onion, rinse in cool water (this helps avoid tears when cutting it), cut into cubes.
