  2. To make the cream, mix the cheese and powder very carefully with a whisk. Heavy cream is slowly poured into the mixture, then the eggs are added one at a time and vanilla is added. Kneading continues.
  3. The resulting inside is poured onto the base. The delicacy will be baked for 80-85 minutes at medium temperature.

If you don’t have a blender, you can pass the cookies through a meat grinder or use the oldest and most common method - a bag and a rolling pin. Next, combine the crumbs, butter and 1 egg. Mix everything thoroughly. We distribute the resulting mass into a springform pan d-20 cm, make sides, and pierce the bottom of the base with a fork in several places. Preheat the oven to 180`C and set the pan for 15 minutes. After the time has passed, remove the mold with the base. While the base is cooling, we begin making the interior.

Interior
To make the interior, you need to combine cottage cheese, sugar and sour cream in a large container.
Using a mixer, beat everything until smooth, then add the mascarpone. Next, add one egg at a time, continuing to beat at low speed. When all the ingredients are added and thoroughly mixed, increase the mixer speed. And so we beat the mass for another 2 minutes. Distribute the resulting mass in a form with a sand base.
Preheat the oven to 160`C and place the pan with the contents for 60 minutes. After the time has passed, do not remove the pan with its contents, open the oven door slightly and let it cool. Next, put the cheesecake in the refrigerator for 4 hours. I usually make the cheesecake in the evening and put it in the refrigerator overnight (that is, after dark) .

Filling:
Mix sour cream and sweet powder thoroughly.

Final touches
Carefully remove the cheesecake from the mold, working through the edges of the sand base with a sharp knife. Pour sour cream over the entire surface of the cheesecake, carefully spreading it over all surfaces. After 30 you can eat the pie.
