Step 1. Preparing the ingredients. First, we take everything we need, wash the tomatoes and eggs well, too. This needs to be done, especially in our time.
Peel the onions.
Step 2. Take a cutting board and a sharp knife.
Be sure to sharpen your knife, this will make the entire manufacturing process easier.
First, chop the onion very finely. The smaller it is, the faster it will cook.

Fry for another 3-5 minutes, also stirring occasionally.
While we are frying vegetables, let's not waste our precious time.
Step 6. Take a deep plate and break four eggs into it.
Salt and pepper. Beat with a whisk or fork, depending on your preference.
Step 7. Then add our egg mixture to the pan with the fried vegetables. The heat should be medium so that nothing burns.
Mix everything thoroughly and fry for about 5 more minutes.
If you decide not to stir the vegetables with the eggs, but simply pour everything in, cover with a lid and bring to readiness, the taste will turn out completely different. And then the recipe can be called differently: “Quick fried tomatoes with eggs and onions.” Although it will be made from the same ordinary goods.
Naturally, you can create it this way, you have every right! You cook - it’s for you.
I quite often improvise in the kitchen. I like to add other vegetables to scrambled eggs - green beans and bell peppers, cauliflower and broccoli, garlic, various herbs and spices. Etc.
