You just need to realize that baked fruits will not have enough vitamins, they are destroyed at temperature, but there are many suitable microelements. And so, let's go.

Apples baked in the oven, traditional recipe

This is the most common method; the apples themselves do not need to be peeled, cut or cored. We just bake and eat. This production option is great for those who cannot eat raw fruits. Moreover, there are no more ingredients.

We will need:

  • Apples;
  • Water.

Be sure to wash the fruits well. Homemade apples are the best choice, but if you don’t have them, then you should choose Russian apples, a little sour – they will be absolutely superb.

Place the apples in a baking dish and pour a lot of water into the bottom of the dish, so that little of it covers the bottom.

Apples with honey is one of the most beloved recipes. But you can’t just add honey, so nuts and dried fruits mix wonderfully. In this version, we will create it with walnuts and raisins. We also often use roasted hazelnuts and prunes. The principle is the same.

We will need:

  • Apples - 5 pcs.;
  • Honey - 100 g;
  • Raisins - 40 g;
  • Walnuts - 50 g;
  • butter - 10 g;
  • Water - 1/2 cup.

Wash and dry the raisins in advance.

Peel the apples from the core and immediately place them in a baking dish.

We clean it carefully; you must not poke holes in the apple. If a hole appears on the other side, the dish will be ruined. So we clean a little more than the middle.

At the moment, special devices are sold, in the shape of a cylinder, which are easy to use to peel the cores of fruits, including apples.

We put butter at the very bottom of the apple, but this is not necessary - you can do without it.

Then spread out the raisins in moderation.

Place about 1/2 teaspoon of honey on top.

Place walnuts at the very top. It can be made smaller, but we use whole halves and later on the edges in small pieces. In total, half an apple and another half of half a nut came to the bottom))).

Pour very little water into the apple mold and place the mold in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for almost 20 minutes.

We will need:

  • Apples - 4 pcs.;
  • Walnut - 40 g;
  • Vanillin;
  • Cinnamon to taste;
  • Honey (watery) - 1-2 teaspoons;
  • Chocolate for decoration;
  • Sweet powder for decoration.

Wash the apples and cut out the core. Only carefully so as not to pierce the apple through.

Now the walnuts need to be crushed. Just not completely crumbly.

Transfer the nut to a bowl.

Add cinnamon to taste and vanilla to the nut. Mix everything until smooth.

Now we fill the apples with our consistency, to the very top, compacting them a little with a spoon. And immediately place it on a baking sheet.

Pour honey on top, it is better that it is watery so that it penetrates inside the apple. And it’s also better that the honey does not leak from the apple.

The best way to create chocolate glaze is to melt the chocolate in a water bath, stir constantly, then add milk, very little, and stir until smooth.
