Prepare ingredients for chocolate banana cream.
Place pieces of peeled bananas in a blender bowl, add sugar and orange juice.
Grind the bananas into a puree.
Pour the mixture into a saucepan and put on fire. Stirring, bring to a boil, but do not boil. You can just warm it up perfectly. Break the chocolate into pieces.
Add chocolate pieces to the hot puree and leave for a couple of minutes.
Then stir the mixture until smooth.
Cool the cream and pour into containers.
The cooled cream can be put in the refrigerator, it will thicken there. You can store chocolate-banana cream for 5 days, but for me it only lasted until the morning while the pancakes were being prepared.
Essential additions to the recipe
- You can use any kind of chocolate; both the color and taste of the finished cream will depend on it.
- It is better to eat bananas when they are overripe; they are sweeter and more aromatic.
- Orange juice can be consumed either freshly squeezed or from a package.
- I haven’t tried layering cakes with this cream, but I think that if you bake even an ordinary sponge cake, cut it and grease it with this cream, it will turn out very tasty. 100% suitable for home tea drinking.

I would like to share with you a recipe that I have been using intensively for a couple of years now. I mainly like to eat this cream with toast or pancakes with my morning coffee. It can be used completely freely for greasing cake layers or as a filling for buns and puff pastries. It turns out that this is a chocolate-banana cream with various uses.
The cream is prepared quite simply and quickly, the main thing is that you have the right set of ingredients at hand. The recipe can simply be changed by adding nuts, muesli, raisins, berries, coconut flakes - it all depends on your imagination. I suggest you prepare a small portion first to test the taste, because everyone has different preferences. In my family, especially the children like this chocolate cream; they eat it with spoons).
It is best to store this product in a glass container in the refrigerator. But somehow it doesn’t stay longer than 2 days.

To make chocolate banana cream we will need:

Grind the bananas into a puree using a blender.
Place the banana puree in a deep container, because we will cook the cream over the fire.
Pour 50 g of orange juice into the puree.
Let's put it on fire.
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Break the chocolate into pieces. I ate dark chocolate with nuts - almonds.
Remove the banana mixture from the heat and add the chocolate pieces.
Stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved.
Then we place the finished cream in a jar or other suitable container.
You can use it right away, for example, to grease the crust of a cake or serve it with pancakes. After a few hours of cooling, the cream becomes thick. Keep refrigerated.

- 2 bananas;

- 150 gr. butter;
- 1.5 tbsp. flour.
