Cut the chicken fillet into strips 5 cm long and 3 cm wide. Place in a bowl, pour over soy sauce, stir, cover and marinate for 20 minutes. Then drain the sauce and collect.
Peel the onion, chop into thin half rings, wash the beans and remove the stems. Peel the paprika from seeds and stalks and cut into thin strips. Pass the garlic through a press.
Heat oil in a wok or deep frying pan. Fry the chicken. Transfer to a plate. Place peppers, beans, and onions in the wok and fry for 3 minutes. Add chicken pieces and garlic. Pour in honey and dry wine.
Mix the starch with the soy sauce in which the chicken was marinated. Pour into the wok in a narrow stream, cook on high, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens. Serve immediately.

Thai spicy chicken with vegetables in honey sauce
According to a traditional recipe, Thai chicken is cooked in sweet and sour sauce. And without salt. The saltiness comes from the soy sauce, and the sweetness comes from the honey. Would you like some honey? Add sugar, a little pineapple syrup or cranberry jam.
- chicken breast fillet – 0.5 kg;
- onion heads – 2 pcs.;
- 1 PC. bell pepper;
- soy sauce – 50 ml;
- honey – 15 g;
- ground curry – 2 tsp;
- garlic cloves – 2 pcs.;
- wheat flour – 1 tbsp. l.;
- ground pepper – 0.5 tsp;
- 20 ml sunflower oil.
How we will cook:
1. Prepare food in advance. Rinse, clean.
2. Cut the fillet into strips, not finely. Chop the onion head and pepper into strips.
3. Mix honey and soy sauce separately. Add curry, flour, ground pepper. Pass the garlic through a press. Stir until smooth.
4. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Place the chicken. Fry the pieces on each side for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
5. Pour the vegetable tenderloin into the pan. Fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring.
6. Add chicken and sauce to the onions. Stir. Simmer covered for 10 minutes.

Recipe with coconut milk
Authentic chicken recipe - with coconut milk. For production you will need natural lemon leaves. Purchase them in advance. Or substitute the juice of half a medium lemon.
- chicken fillet – 700 gr.;
- onion head – 1 pc.;
- coconut milk – 0.5 l;
- greenish curry paste – 1 tsp. (with a slide);
- 1 tsp. salt;
- sugar – 2 tsp;
- 40 gr. ginger root;
- 4-5 lemon leaves;
- 460 gr. long grain rice.
How to cook step by step:
- Cut the onion into strips into a saucepan. Pour in coconut milk. Leave to simmer over low heat.
- Free poultry meat from fat and skin. Cut into strips, then into smaller cubes. Mix with curry paste. Transfer to the onion. Stir.
- Add salt and sweeten. Stir. Simmer over moderate heat. Do not cover the pan with a lid.
- Peel the ginger. First cut into thin slices, then into strips. Add to the bird along with the lemon leaves. Stir. Leave on low heat.
- Wash the rice. Place into boiling water. Cook until al dente. The grains should be soft, but not boiled. Rinse with hot water through a sieve. It is convenient to rinse the cereal in portions.
Serve rice on a plate. Pour sauce over vegetables and poultry. You've got a real Thai dinner.

- 800 gr. chicken meat;
- 2-3 pinches of ground bitter pepper;
- the same amount of red pepper;
- soy sauce – 2 tbsp. l.;
- 1 tsp. Sahara;
- onion head – 1 pc.;
- bell pepper – 1 pc.;
- potato starch – 3 tsp;
- 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste;
- 1 pinch of ground ginger;
- sunflower oil – 2 tbsp. l.;
- pineapples – 50 gr.;
- chili pepper - edge;
- green onion feathers - for decoration.
- Cut the meat into portions. Mix with ground peppers, soy sauce, starch and sugar.
- Heat the liquid oil in a wok. Fry chicken pieces on it.
- Chop the onion and pepper coarsely. Add to meat. Stir. Leave for 2 minutes. Stir again.
- Cut the pineapple into thin pieces. Use fresh fruit or canned fruit.
- Add tomato paste.
Sprinkle with ginger. Stir. Leave to fry for 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish with fresh herbs. It turned out delicious, didn't it?

- 1 tbsp. l. palm sugar;
- soy sauce – 1 tsp;
- fish sauce - the same amount;
- sunflower oil – 1 tbsp. l.;
- a bunch of green onions - for serving.
- Cut the poultry and pepper into strips. Press the garlic through a press. Cut the onion feathers into fragments. Smaller onion head.
- Mix oyster and soy sauces separately for pouring. Add fish. Add palm oil and paprika. Stir.
- Fry cashews in oil in a frying pan until golden brown. Add sweet pepper. Sauté for 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
- Place chicken, garlic, and onion in a frying pan. Pour in the filling and 2-3 tablespoons of boiled hot water. Simmer for 10 minutes.

To get spicy meat, you need to add reddish ground pepper - the amount can be selected independently, especially if the whole family is tasting the dish. You can completely add the pepper separately to the plate just before serving.
Ingredients:
- Chicken meat - 350 g.
- Bell pepper - 1 pc.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 2 cloves.
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml.
- Soy sauce - 45 ml.
- Teriyaki sauce - 30 ml.
- Salt - 2 pinches.
- Reddish ground pepper - on the tip of a knife.
- Spices - 2 pinches.
- Green onions - 2 feathers (for serving).
How to cook:
1. Prepare the chicken fillet - rinse, trim off any excess. Take the vegetables, sauces, oils and additives you need.
2. Wash the bell pepper and chop it into narrow strips. You can take any sweet pepper.
3. Cut the onion into narrow strips or half rings, peel the garlic, cut into strips or slices.
4. Heat the frying oil in a frying pan and fry the cooked vegetables. Stir and keep the heat low.
If the garlic suddenly burns, it is better to remove it, because it will add bitterness.
5. Cut the fillet into small oblong pieces or into strips.
6. Place the chicken in the frying pan and stir in the vegetables.
7. Add salt - keeping in mind that soy sauce is also salty. Also add spices. Stir everything and fry over low heat for about a quarter of an hour. From time to time you need to stir everything.
8. Pour soy sauce and teriyaki into the pan. Stir and simmer over low heat for another 10 minutes.
You can serve the dish right away - then the chicken pieces are very soft and juicy. The dish will look most appetizing if you add pieces of green onions.

Thai chicken, prepared according to the recipe below, has a not quite ordinary spicy-sweet taste. This is typical of Thai cuisine - a combination of opposite tastes in one dish: sour, sweet, bitter, spicy, salty in different combinations. Those who often travel around the world could see from their own experience that Thai cuisine is one of the most unusual and rich. Despite belonging to the group of oriental cuisines, Thai cuisine is not limited to certain types of meat; they eat everything here.
Not every European can easily get used to its peculiarities, so we slightly adapted the Thai chicken recipe to our taste and made it less spicy. But still, the wealth of different spices and seasonings in a unique combination allows us to classify this dish as exotic, so you can serve Thai chicken at a formal table, surprising your guests with something unusual.
Because in Thailand they do not adhere to serious rules and strict recipes, you can change some ingredients to your own taste. The ideal side dish for this dish is boiled rice.
How to cook “Thai Chicken” step by step with photos at home
To make chicken fillet, take bell pepper, 2 small onions, garlic, honey, soy sauce, flour and spices.
Rinse 500-600 g chicken fillet and cut into strips.
Cut 2 onions into thin half rings, cut 1 bell pepper into strips.
Heat vegetable oil (2 tbsp) in a deep frying pan and fry the chicken fillet until snow-white for 3-5 minutes, then, together with the released juice, transfer everything to a separate plate.
In the same frying pan, fry the onion and bell pepper until the onion becomes transparent.
Combine honey - 1 tbsp, soy sauce - 4 tbsp, curry - 2 tsp, flour 1 tbsp. and finely chopped 2 cloves of garlic.
Mix everything well, add a pinch of ground black pepper.
Place chicken fillet and broth in vegetables, add sauce.
Mix everything well (if there is not a lot of broth, then add 0.5 cups of water), cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring gently until the sauce thickens.
Then add salt and ground black pepper to taste, serve with a side dish of boiled rice.
