So the solemn peak is approaching its end, we are fresher and more vigorous than ever, and... We remember with longing our New Year's feasts, where everything was so tasty, but we didn’t try this, then there wasn’t enough of that, or even just nothing fit into the larynx anymore, since there was less and less space in our stomachs.
But, excuse me, what is stopping us at the moment from taking and preparing some ceremonial dishes and eating them in a relaxed manner, without haste or fuss? Nothing at all! So, meet me - chicken stuffed with apples and garlic:
Grocery set as usual:
- Actually, chicken.
- Two apples (preferably sour)
- Seasoning to taste (here this one)
- Butter
- Garlic (4 cloves)
First melt the butter:
Crush 3 out of 4 cloves of garlic and add them to the oil together with the spices. Salt and pepper to taste, mix:
We take the chicken, carefully wash it and rub it with our marinade inside and out:
