That’s why I cook them often. This is truly a very tasty delicacy, easy to make and does not take much time. Especially if you use ready-made puff pastry. When the pies are baked, their smell makes the house even warmer and more comfortable :)
Choose the dough recipe at your discretion. Or, like me, buy ready-made. It can be either yeast or yeast-free. When baked, the outer portion rises 2-3 times and becomes very fluffy and airy. Pies made from yeast dough also come out flaky, but they hold their shape better.
Remove frozen dough from the freezer 30 minutes before baking. Or leave it on a cutting board in the evening, covering it with a towel to prevent a dry crust from forming.
If you have absolutely no time, use the microwave to defrost. And the fastest and most unique method is to create puff pastries from lavash. Also choose apples to your own taste. For sour types of sugar you will need a little more. And in combination with cinnamon it’s simply perfect, but you can use vanilla or cardamom. Mix apple filling with banana, cottage cheese and other fruits - it will be delicious. And not so long ago I baked an apple pie with bananas. The pieces instantly disappeared from the plate. And the household sat satisfied and well-fed :)
Recipe for puff pastries with apples and cinnamon from ready-made puff pastry dough
Crispy, tender, very appetizing and easy to make yeast puffs in the oven. Thanks to the stewing of apples and starch, the inside comes out soft, juicy and homogeneous, and does not leak out. And cane sugar creates a wonderful caramel crust.
For the recipe take:
- 4 apples;
- 275 g puff pastry;
- 1 tbsp. starch;
- 1 testicle;
- 4 tbsp. Sahara;
- 1-2 tbsp. cane sugar (for sprinkling);
- 1 lemon;
- cinnamon.
Start making:
1. Core the apples and cut into small cubes. Place them in a saucepan, add sugar, cinnamon and, here, squeeze 2 tablespoons of lemon. juice Stir.
2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and simmer the apples for 5 minutes until soft. Add starch and heat for another minute. The inside is ready.
3. Cut the defrosted dough layer into uniform rectangles. Make parallel cuts on one half of each rectangle, not reaching the edge 1 cm.
4. Beat the egg and brush the perimeter of the rectangles. Place the filling on the whole half of the dough, and cover with the cut half. Press the edges well with a fork.

Don’t be afraid to slightly roll out the layers - the dough will not lose its multi-layer structure, and the pies will turn out larger. If desired, the skin of the apples can be removed, and with it the inside will be soft.
Required products:
- 500 g puff pastry without yeast;
- 4 apples;
- 1 testicle;
- 50 g sugar;
- 30 g butter;
- cinnamon.
Step-by-step {instructions} with photos:
1. Cut the apples into small cubes and remove the core.
2. Melt butter in a frying pan and add apples. Sprinkle them with sugar and cinnamon. Simmer over moderate heat, stirring, until soft. Cool the filling slightly.
3. Thaw the dough at room temperature. Sprinkle it with flour and roll it out slightly. Cut into 4 rectangles. Make cuts on one side at intervals of 1 cm.
4. Spread the filling over the entire rectangle. Cover with the cut side and pinch the sides.
5. Line a baking tray with baking paper and transfer the puff pastries. Separate the yolk from the egg, beat it, and brush it onto any pie. Bake in an oven preheated to 200ºC for 15 minutes, until golden brown.

How to cook puff pastries with apples in a frying pan?
Cooking pies in a frying pan is even faster than in the oven. A couple of minutes - and you are already enjoying crispy juicy pies! Even the inside does not require any preparatory treatment - frying makes the apples instantly soft.
Ingredients:
- 250 g puff pastry;
- 300 g apples;
- 200 g flour;
- 1-2 tbsp. Sahara;
- butter for frying.
Cooking steps with photos:
1. Peel the apples and remove seeds and grate them on a medium grater. Add 1-2 tbsp. sugar and stir.
2. Cut the layer of puff pastry into squares and sprinkle with flour. Roll out any square to a thickness of 2 mm.
3. Divide the square in half diagonally. Place the filling on one half, cover with the other half, you get a triangular pie. Pinch the edges and carefully press with a fork so that the juice does not leak out during frying.
4. Melt the butter in a frying pan and lay out the puff pastries. Fry over low heat, covered. When the bottom side is browned, turn over and cook the other side. Add butter as needed to prevent the puff pastries from burning.

Ordinary and savory puff pastry made from ready-made puff pastry with apples and cottage cheese
Cottage cheese perfectly complements the apple filling. It comes out warm and nutritious - a good option for breakfast. It is better to take cottage cheese in a pack, it is more homogeneous. Or mash the grain in a blender.
It will be useful for you:
- 400 g puff pastry;
- 1 apple;
- 180 g cottage cheese;
- 1 testicle;
- 1 tbsp. Sahara;
- 1 tsp cinnamon.
How to create:
1. Place the cottage cheese in a bowl, break the egg and add sugar and cinnamon. Mash the mixture with a fork until smooth.
2. Peel and seed the apples and cut into cubes. Combine with curd mass.

Airy and very tender puff pastries with apples are simply made for comfortable home tea drinking. The juicy, fragrant apple inside blends amazingly with the shaggy puff pastry. This recipe for savory and savory pastries is so simple and straightforward that even a beginner in cooking can handle it.
I used homemade puff pastry without yeast. Believe me, the taste of finished baked goods from it is fundamentally different from those that can be prepared using store-bought ones. Well, it’s easy to create such a dough - the main thing is not to rush and follow the instructions correctly.
If desired, you can additionally flavor the filling with ground cinnamon, cardamom, and nutmeg. All these spices go well with apples - be sure to try them. Sprinkle the finished apple puffs with sweet powder and quickly invite your family to drink tea - it will be delicious!

Making a dish step by step:
This very common recipe for baking at home includes puff pastry without yeast, the freshest apples (medium size, preferably sweet and sour types), lemon juice, a small chicken egg, sugar, vanilla sugar (or a pinch of vanillin) and potato starch (can be replaced with corn starch). ).
First, let's prepare the filling for our homemade puff pastries. To do this, wash the apples, dry them and remove the skin. We also cut out the seed box so that the pulp remains unstained. Cut it into small cubes - approximately 1x1 centimeter. Place the apples in a frying pan, sprinkle with lemon juice, sprinkle with sugar, vanilla sugar and simmer covered over medium heat until soft. If you have sweet apples, they may turn into puree. If the fruit is very dry, you can add a little water.
The apples have softened and the excess liquid has evaporated.
To prevent the apple juice from leaking out and the dough from getting soggy during the baking process, add a little starch to the filling. Mix everything carefully and leave for now.
We take our puff pastry without yeast and roll it into a rectangular layer, lightly sprinkling the table with flour.
Cut into squares. I have 12, not 6 pieces (I wrote exactly this number of servings), because I have twice as much dough here and I baked not only apple puffs, but also banana puffs.
You can choose the method for forming the puffs yourself, but this is what I suggest. Using a sharp knife (it’s very convenient to do this with a pizza cutter, then the dough doesn’t stretch behind the blade) cut the dough on one side.
Place a couple of spoons of apple inside on the second half of the dough. Brush the edges of the dough with egg white.
We cover with the edge of the dough on which we made cuts, due to which steam will escape from the puffs during the baking process and the baked goods will not crack. We press the edges with our fingers so that they are perfectly sealed.
And now, for greater conviction, let’s go through the sides with a fork - it will turn out great, too.
Place the apple puffs on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. I greased the parchment with oil, because now I got a low-quality one and everything sticks to it. Now you can brush the puff pastries with egg yolk.
Bake apple puffs in a previously preheated oven for about 20 minutes at 220-230 degrees. It is not allowed to create a lower temperature for puff pastry, because otherwise it will not exfoliate - the oil will simply flow out onto the paper, and the layers will stick together.
The finished puff pastries need to be cooled slightly (or completely – it’s up to you) and you can enjoy them.

- 500 ml filtered water;
- 1.5 tbsp. sweet sand;

Manufacturing:
- Wash the apples, dry them and cut them into 4 parts. We take out the core and cut them into thin slices.
- Now let's boil the apples in syrup. To do this, boil filtered water in a saucepan, dissolve sweet sand in it, and then add cinnamon and cloves. Place the apple pieces in a saucepan and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes. They should become transparent.
- Remove the apple slices from the syrup with a slotted spoon and place in a colander. We wait until all the excess liquid drains.
- Meanwhile, prepare the dough. It must be taken out of the refrigerator in advance and defrosted naturally. Roll out the dough thinly and cut into strips.

- Roll the strips of dough with apple slices into a roll, giving it a rosette shape with your fingers.
By the way, if you do not want to boil the apples in syrup, then simply sprinkle them with sugar and wait until they release their juice, and then form the roses.

Let's prepare apples in puff pastry bags. And to give the dessert a unique sweet taste, instead of sugar, add honey.
Compound:
- 4 apples;
- 0.5 kg of ready-made puff pastry;
- 1 testicle;
- watery honey to taste;
- crushed walnuts to taste.
Manufacturing:
- The dough must be defrosted in advance and the oven preheated to 200 degrees.
- We wash the apples, dry them and carefully remove the core from them, slightly cutting them on top. We will bake the apples whole, so there is no need to cut them.
- Grind the walnuts in a blender or chop them with a knife and mix with honey.
- Fill the core of the apples with a honey-nut consistency, trying to compact it tightly.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry thinly and cut it so that we have four squares.
- Place an apple in the middle of each square. Now you need to cut out triangles from the dough on 4 sides of the apple and wrap them, connecting them at the top. Every apple seems to be in a bag.
- Place the apples in the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment, beat the eggs and grease them, and then place our dessert in the oven. Bake for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.

Apples in dough baked in the oven, the recipe for which we will look at at the moment, turn out to be very unique and tasty. And although you will have to work a little to prepare them, the result is worth the effort.
Compound:
- 5-6 apples;
- raisins to taste;
- brown sweet sand to taste;
- 5-6 caramels;
- ½ tsp. cinnamon;
- 1-2 testicles;
- 1-2 tbsp. l. filtered water;
- 0.5 kg of ready-made puff pastry.

- Beat the eggs with filtered water until foam forms.
