How to prepare dietary vegetable soup?

Vegetable broccoli soup
Ingredients:
✅ Broccoli - 300 gr
✅ Cauliflower - 200 gr
✅ Cream 10% - 200 ml
✅ Nutmeg - 2-3 pcs.
✅ Onion (onion) - 1 pc.
✅ Cheese and croutons for serving (optional)
We separate broccoli and cauliflower into inflorescences and place them in boiling water. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the vegetables become soft. Carrots (large grater) and onions (diced) and fry in a non-stick frying pan until golden brown (with the least amount of oil). Take out the vegetables, add the onion, squeeze out the garlic and blend everything in a blender. Add 1/2 part of the vegetable broth to the puree. Put everything on the fire and pour in the cream. Cook for 5 minutes, add salt and nutmeg. Remove from heat. If the soup seems too thick for you, you can add the remaining vegetable broth. Vegetable soup PP can be decorated with herbs and cheese (on a small grater). Serve with croutons. Bon appetit!

Ingredients:
✅ Potatoes - 2 pcs.
✅ Onion - 1 piece (small)
✅ Broccoli -130 gr
✅ Cauliflower – 130 gr

We divide the cabbage into inflorescences. Cut all other vegetables into cubes and place in boiling water. Cook for 15 minutes. Add cheese. Stir for 5 minutes, let the cheese melt. Cut the potatoes into strips. Throw into boiling water, add salt. Sauté onions and carrots in olive oil. 10 minutes before the potatoes are ready, put the vegetables and broccoli in a saucepan. When serving, add herbs and sour cream.
Cabbage soup for weight loss
- 1 medium cabbage fork;
- 2 onions;
- 2 carrots;
- 1 bell pepper;
- 3 new tomatoes;

- natural yogurt (or drink) – 150 g
- vegetable broth – 300 ml

How to cook?
- Wash the avocado, cut it in half, and remove the pit. Then separate the vegetable from the skin using a spoon.
- Wash the cucumber, peel it, cut it into two pieces lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Coarsely chop all vegetables. Also chop the onion, leaving a little for decoration.
- Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
- Blend the vegetables, onion and yogurt in a blender until smooth. Add 2 tbsp to the resulting mixture. l. lime juice, spices and vegetable broth. Stir everything well.
- Divide the finished cucumber soup into plates, garnish with fresh onion rings and vegetarian caviar.

- After a while, remove the thyme from the dish and beat all the cooked ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Add low-fat cream, salt and pepper to the finished soup. Serve the dish with the freshest thyme and nuts.
