Delicious raspberry pie
It's summer, which means it's time for new fruits and berries! I would like to share with you a recipe for a regular raspberry pie. It comes out tender, and the raspberry smell is simply excellent!
Ingredients for “Tender Raspberry Pie”:
- Wheat flour / Flour - 1 cup.
- Butter - 100 g
- Raspberries (The quantity can be varied depending on your love for raspberries) - 400 g
- Chicken egg - 2 pcs
- Sugar (I used 1/2 cup) - 1 cup.
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Vanillin - 1 packet.

Recipe for “Tender Raspberry Pie”:
Beat butter (margarine) at room temperature and sugar with a mixer.
Add eggs and continue beating. The longer you beat, the more tender the cake will be. but don't overdo it))
Now it's time for flour (it's better to sift it), baking powder and vanillin. Add everything to our mixture and beat until a homogeneous mixture.
The result is a soft, creamy dough.
Spread the dough into the pan in an even layer, and sprinkle raspberries on top of the dough.
Do not press the raspberries inside, because during the baking process the dough will rise and the raspberries will end up inside the pie.
Place the pie in a preheated oven (about 180*C) and bake until done. It took me approximately 35 minutes.
This is the kind of pie I made!
The taste is really tender and sweet, and the smell of raspberries acted as a lure and brought the whole family to the table!
