I don’t understand a single person who wouldn’t adore these cabbage envelopes with the most delicious minced meat. Each housewife obviously has her own recipe for making cabbage rolls. I would like to offer a version of diet cabbage rolls that is low in calories, but not the least tasty. This option is perfect for those who are watching their weight.
To make dietary cabbage rolls, we will need the products from the list.
Wash vegetables and dry. Wash the brown rice under running water. Pour water 1 cm above the rice, boil over high heat until half cooked. The water should completely boil away. Peel the onions and carrots, finely chop the onion, grate the carrots. Lightly fry in 2 tbsp. olive oil.
In a deep bowl, mix warm rice and carrots with onions.
When the rice and vegetables have cooled, add the beef minced through a meat grinder with a large sieve.
