  • 5-6 pcs. tomato;
  • 80 g Parmesan cheese;

1. Vegetable casserole is designed for two servings. If you need a huge portion, then simply increase the number of starting goods. We buy young zucchini or zucchini. Place the vegetables in the sink and rinse thoroughly. Dry with cardboard towels and cut off the tails. Cut the zucchini into slices 4-5 mm wide. For cutting, you can use both an ordinary and a figured knife.

2. Choose small-sized tomatoes so that when cut, they have the diameter of a zucchini. Rinse and dry. Cut out the stem and cut into circles.

It is better that the foil does not touch the cheese, otherwise it will stick. We send the form to the oven. Bake for 20-30 minutes until soft, using your oven as a guide. Baking time depends on the power of the oven. The cheese should melt and the vegetables should become soft and lightly browned. 5 minutes before the end of baking, remove the foil and set the dish to brown.
