Add a glass of flour to the mixture and stir. Leave the batter to proof for half an hour. Then pour in the vegetable oil, and, stirring, add more flour. Knead with your hands, the dough should not stick to your fingers, but remain soft. Again we leave the dough to “rest” for one hour. During this period of time it is bound to grow significantly in volume.

Then, on a greased baking sheet, we begin to form an open pie. The dough can be rolled out or kneaded with your hands. The cake can be created rectangular or in the shape of a circle. It is imperative to create sides.

Sprinkle half the sugar sparingly onto the rolled out dough. Then we beautifully lay out the apple slices and cranberries. Sprinkle the filling with the remaining sugar. Cook at 200 degrees for about 50 minutes.

South American Cranberry Apple Pie

Melt the butter in a metal frying pan and mix it with sugar, cook, stirring until the crystals are completely dissolved. When the mixture begins to bubble intensely, remove it from the heat.

Mix the ingredients for the dough, combine regular flour with corn flour, add baking powder. In a separate bowl, beat the butter with lemon zest and sugar. Then add the eggs. It is better to beat them into the mass one at a time, without stopping working with the mixer. Pour in vanilla extract, then milk, mix everything. Combine the dry and watery mixtures and quickly mix with a mixer until smooth. There is no need to knead this dough for a long time.

Mix cranberries and apple cubes and place in a frying pan on top of a layer of caramel. Then lay out the prepared dough, carefully leveling it over the surface. Cook for about 50 minutes at medium temperature (180°C). Turn the still hot pie onto a plate.

    • Packaging of puff pastry;

    • 1 kg apples;
    • 2 cups crushed cranberries;
    • Half a glass of heavy cream;
    • A third of a glass of flour;
    • 2 tablespoons butter.

    First we will prepare the filling for the pie. To do this, wash the apples, peel them and cut them into small cubes. In total we will need approximately four cups of chopped apples. Mash the cranberries into a puree. Now pour sugar, cinnamon and flour into a bowl, add chopped apples and cranberry puree, and then beat the filling.

    Turn on the oven and leave it to warm up to 200–220 degrees. Divide the dough into two parts (one a little larger). We place a huge part on a table sprinkled with flour and roll it into a round cake. Now we place this cake in a baking dish, covering its bottom and sides. The dough should fit on the sides of the mold to a height of about 3 cm. Place the filling on the dough and sprinkle shavings of butter on top. Sprinkle the edge of the crust with water.

    We also roll out the remaining dough into a round cake and cover the top of the pie with it. We pierce this layer of dough in several places, and later we pinch the edges and align them. Place the pie in the oven and leave it there for fifteen minutes. Now we reduce the temperature in the oven to 180 degrees and bake our pie for another 40 minutes. Take out the pie, quickly make several cuts on it and pour the cream into it. Place the pan in the oven again for 5 minutes. Now the pie is ready! We take it out of the mold only when it has cooled down.

    Apple pie made from yolk dough

    • 2 cups of flour;
    • 1 testicle;
    • 5 egg yolks;
    • 150 g butter;
    • 150 g sweet sand;
    • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar;
    • Half a teaspoon of baking powder;
    • 2 large apples;
    • 150 g cranberries.

Half an hour after the start of baking, we take the cake out of the oven and decorate its top with whipped egg white, drawing random patterns. Place the pie back in the oven for a few minutes. Once the protein patterns are browned, remove the pie from the oven and leave to cool, then remove from the mold and transfer to a plate.

    Breton apple pie

    • An incomplete glass of flour;
    • 100 g butter;

    • 3 tablespoons honey;
    • 3 tablespoons milk;

    How to make cranberry and apple pie

    Ingredients:

    • Cranberries – 300 g
    • Apple – 1 pc. (greenish, for example, Semerenko or Granny Smith)
    • Orange – 1 pc. (zest and juice will be useful)
    • Brown sugar – 80 g (for the inside, can be changed to snow-white)
    • Cinnamon – 1 tsp.
    • Chicken egg – 2 pcs.
    • Sugar – 200 g
    • Butter – 110 g
    • Wheat flour – 100 g
    • Almond flour – 35 g (can be replaced with 40 g of ordinary wheat flour)
    • Salt – 0.25 tsp.
    • Sour cream – 60 ml
    • Sugar – 1 tbsp. (for topping the pie, optional)
    • Cinnamon – 2 pinch(s) (for sprinkling the cake, optional)
    • Almonds – 2 tbsp. (optional, almond petals for sprinkling the cake)
    • Butter – 1 tsp. (for greasing the mold)

    Manufacturing:
