Ingredients for Regular Cranberry Pie:

  • Margarine - 180 g
  • Sugar - 1 cup.
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 1.5 cups.
  • Vanillin - 1 packet.
  • Cranberries - 1.5 cups.
  • Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.

Recipe for "Regular Cranberry Pie":

1. Melt margarine and combine it with sugar, stir.
Add eggs, sour cream, vanilla sugar.

2. Pour baking powder into the flour, mix and add to the dough.

3. Add washed and dried cranberries (if fresh) to the dough.
I had it frozen.
Defrost, pat dry with cardboard towel

4. Place baking paper on the bottom of the pie pan (I ran out of paper, greased the pan with oil, nothing stuck),
then pour the dough into the pan.

5. Bake at 180C for approximately 40 minutes, it all depends on your oven.

Shortbread pie with cranberries

Be sure to try to create such a dessert. Preparing shortbread is not at all difficult, and you will literally love its taste. In addition, cranberries are a good filling option for shortbread.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour;
  • 3 egg whites;
  • 100 gr. butter;
  • 300 gr. cranberries;
  • 1 cup of sugar;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 100 gr. almonds

Manufacturing:

  1. Mix softened butter with 1 tbsp sugar. Add salt, lemon zest and 1 egg. Stir.
  2. Sift the flour. Introduce into the dough in a narrow stream.
  3. Place the dough in the mold, creating the highest edges. Bake the cake for a quarter of an hour at 180°C.
  4. Mix the remaining sugar with sour cream. Add 2 eggs and starch. Stir. Add cranberries. Grease the cake with the purchased cream.
  5. Bake for another 30 minutes at 180°C.

  4. Beat the egg whites with 145 gr. sugar and a pinch of salt.
  5. Lightly beat the cranberries in a blender, add the remaining sugar and stir.
  6. Pour the cranberry filling onto the prepared base.
  7. Take a pastry syringe and squeeze the egg whites and sugar onto the cranberry pie.
  8. Bake for 11 minutes at 170 degrees.

Serve the pie cool. This pie can be made in portions right away - bake it in the form of tartlets and treat it to your beloved guests.

Cranberry pie from Daria Dontsova

The recipe for this cranberry pie impressed fans of Daria Dontsova’s detective stories.

We will need:

  • 260 gr. cranberries;
  • 140 + 40 + 40 gr. sugar (inside, dough, cream);
  • 1.4 tablespoons corn starch;
  • 3 medium testicles;
  • 360 gr. flour;
  • 165 gr. margarine.

Step-by-step production:

  1. Prepare the cranberries. Thaw them or clean them of debris.
  2. Place the cranberries in a saucepan, add sugar and mash the cranberries with a masher until juice appears. Do not overdo it: some of the berries should remain intact.
  3. Heat a little and wait for the sugar to dissolve. Make the filling thicker by adding starch. Stir.
  4. Heat and stir the filling. The berries may burn, so don’t get distracted and stir without stopping. The mixture makes the finished inside resemble jam.
  5. Start preparing the dough. Mix the yolks with sugar. Don't throw away one protein, you'll need it later.
  6. Whisk the mixture until creamy white. Then add softened margarine and beat again.
  7. Add flour and prepare the dough. Place it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  8. Spread the dough over the baking sheet and form sides. Pierce the cranberry pie base from Daria Donkova to prevent bubbles from creating during baking.
  9. Place the dough in the oven for 20 minutes at 190 degrees.
  10. Place the white in a glass and beat. When the first foam appears, slowly add sugar and increase the beating speed. Continue whisking until a thick mixture forms.

  • 360 gr. pitted cherries;
  • 170 gr. cranberries;
  • 2 tablespoons starch.

  • 110 gr. sour cream;
  • 45 gr. Sahara;
  • 110 ml. milk;
  • Middle testicle;
  • 45 gr. Sahara;
  • A packet of vanilla sugar.

Step-by-step production:

  1. In a container, beat butter, sour cream and sugar. Add flour, baking powder and prepare an elastic dough.
  2. Place the dough on a greased baking sheet and form sides. Don't use a rolling pin! Roll with your hands. Place the dough and mold in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  3. Place unblemished berries on the dough and sprinkle starch on top.
  4. Mix regular and vanilla sugar, add milk and egg. Beat lightly.
  5. Pour the mixture over the pie and place in the oven for half an hour. The temperature must be 195 degrees.

Serve the open-faced cranberry and cherry pie chilled. Use it with tea, coffee or milk.

Pie with cranberries in sour cream

To make cranberry and sour cream pie, use low-fat sour cream. The pie turns out delicious and will especially appeal to those who don’t really like sweet desserts.

We will need:

  • 140 gr. butter;
  • 145 gr. Sahara;
  • 360 gr. flour;
  • 2 medium testicles;
  • 520 ml. sour cream;
  • Spoon of potato starch;
  • 320 gr. cranberries;
  • A spoonful of soda.

Step-by-step production:

  1. Prepare the dough. Wait until the butter becomes a little soft and stir it with 45 g. Sahara. Add baking soda and eggs to the mixture. Stir well and add flour.
  2. Using your hands, spread the dough over the pan, forming sides.
  3. Prepare the berries (rinse, dry, defrost). Place them on the dough and sprinkle 50 gr. Sahara.
  4. Mix sour cream with remaining sugar and starch.
  5. Place the resulting sour cream on the berries and place the pie with cranberries in sour cream in the oven. According to the recipe, preheat the oven to 170 degrees. After half an hour, remove the pie.
