  2. We take the margarine out of the refrigerator in advance so that it melts a little. After this, chop it with a knife and add it to the flour. You need to carefully grind everything to get a very homogeneous mass.
  3. In a separate container, mix the yolk with water and a spoon of mayonnaise. Bring the composition to homogeneity and combine with the rest of the ingredients. Knead into a soft and pliable dough.
  4. Roll into a small ball and put it in the cold for 30 minutes. After the designated time has passed, roll it out on the prepared baking dish, making a small side.
  5. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes (170 degrees), after which we prick the base with a fork many times.
  6. We coat the future pizza with a thin layer of mayonnaise or any other sauce.
  7. Spread the fried mushrooms sparingly, then the chicken, and at the very end, sprinkle everything with grated hard cheese.
  8. Place the dish in the oven again (180-200 degrees) for 35 minutes. Serve warm or hot.

Now I would like to offer you a recipe for mushroom pizza - at least some of my own. The smell of fried wild mushrooms will leave quite a few people phlegmantic, and their taste is simply impossible to resist. We will prepare mushroom pizza on the basis of Italian yeast dough, which not only works unsurpassedly (it simply stretches), but also turns out incredibly tasty.

Of course, instead of wild mushrooms, you can make pizza with champignons or oyster mushrooms, but I can assure you that with wild mushrooms it will turn out even tastier and more aromatic. Choose any hard cheese to suit your taste - I use Parmesan (made in Belarus - it costs several times less than overseas, but is not inferior in taste).

I wrote the number of servings (8 pieces) conditionally: for some, a whole pizza will not be enough, but for some, even 1 piece will be enough. Mushroom pizza comes out in regular size - 30 cm in diameter.

Making a dish step by step:

To make mushroom pizza, we need the following products: pizza dough, wild mushrooms (I used boiled ones), tomato sauce, onions, hard cheese and unflavoured vegetable oil.

Let's prepare the filling. To do this, pour refined vegetable oil into a frying pan, add boiled wild mushrooms, diced peeled onion and fry everything over medium heat until golden brown.

In the meantime, grate the cheese - on a grater in any holes, it will still melt.

The mushrooms and onions are fried and simply fragrant. Let it cool down a little.

In the meantime, let's make the dough and turn on the oven to heat up (190 degrees). Sprinkle the table with a little flour and place the dough on it.

We also dust our hands with flour and begin to stretch the dough into a narrow round layer. Naturally, you can roll out the dough, but I prefer to stretch it - it is so soft, tender and flexible. First, we run our fingers along the entire perimeter of the dough, pressing it to the table. Then we take the dough in our hands and, turning it clockwise (or vice versa - whichever is more convenient), we seem to make it thinner by weight. Quite difficult to describe, to be honest. Then we stretch the dough, rotating it, on the table.

We transfer the workpiece (thickness no more than 3-5 mm) onto a baking sheet covered with pegrament and lightly sprinkled with flour.

Lubricate with tomato sauce. Spread the mushrooms and onions sparingly.

Sprinkle everything with grated cheese and place in the oven for 15 minutes.

Our dough is thin, but the inside is ready. This is why mushroom pizza is prepared very quickly. Not like in an oven, of course, but still.

Serve the mushroom pizza hot. You can also sprinkle some cheese on top – it will melt instantly. Fragrant, with melted cheese, delicious fried mushrooms and a narrow crispy base.
