- 3 testicles
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 small reddish onion
- 80 g canned green peas
- 25 g green onions
- 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise

COOKING METHOD:

2. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 15 minutes, cut into small cubes and place on the liver.
3. Peel the onion and finely chop it.

Recipe for “Eggs with cod liver and peas”:
Rinse and boil the eggs for 7-8 minutes. Fill with cool water and clean.
Cut the cooled eggs in half and scoop out the yolks with a spoon.
Mash the yolks with a fork.
