Ingredients for “Salad with mushrooms and corn”:

  • Corn (425 gr.) - 1 ban.
  • Chicken egg - 5 pcs
  • Onions - 2 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise - 100 ml
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Salt - to taste

Recipe for “Salad with mushrooms and corn”:

Boil the eggs hard in salted water so that they can be cleaned better later.

Cut the onion thinly into half rings.

I suggest preparing a tasty and satisfying salad with corn and mushrooms for the lunch table or dinner, and perhaps for a formal table. Of the mushrooms, the most pressing option is champignons, but other mushrooms that you find are also excellent.

To make a salad with corn and mushrooms, take the following ingredients.

Wash and dry the carrots with a napkin, peel them, and grate them on a large grater.

Remove the skin from the onion and cut into small pieces. Fry the carrots and onions in sunflower oil until soft and cool.

Boil the chicken fillet until cooked, cool, and cut into small slices.

Wash and dry the mushrooms. If desired, remove the skin and cut into small pieces, including the legs. Fry in a small amount of oil until done. Cool to room temperature.

  • onions – 100 g;
  • mayonnaise – 150 g;
  • garlic;
  • ground pepper;
  • salt.
  • Place fresh chicken eggs in a saucepan, add water, the liquid must cover them one hundred percent. Put 5-6 g of salt so that the contents do not leak into the water through cracks in the shell. Heat to a boil. Cook for about a quarter of an hour. Dip the testicles in cool water for a few minutes, pull them out and wrap them in damp cloth (a medical system of cells and intercellular substance, united by a common origin, structure and functions) and wait until they cool down.
  • Peel and cut the eggs into slices or narrow slices. Place the eggs in a salad bowl.
  • Open a can of corn. Completely drain the water from it, leaving only corn grain inside. Dump the corn into the salad bowl with the eggs.
  • Place the mushrooms in a colander and let the marinade drain.
  • If the fruiting bodies are large, then they need to be cut into pieces, but small ones can be discarded completely. Place the mushrooms in a salad bowl with the eggs and corn.
  • Finely chop the onion and also place it in the salad bowl.
  • Squeeze one or two cloves of garlic and pepper the salad to taste.
  • Add mayonnaise and mix everything well.

The salad can be served immediately after preparation. The whole process takes no more than half an hour.

For a salad of mushrooms, corn, cheese and eggs you need:

  • fresh champignons – 300 g;
  • 1 can of corn;
  • salt;
  • onions – 90 g;
  • vegetable oil – 30 ml;
  • cheese – 150 g;
  • eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise;
  • ground pepper.
  • Sort through the mushrooms. Remove the tips of the legs with the remaining substrate. Wash and cut into slices.
  • Finely chop the onion. Fry the onion in oil until transparent.
  • Add the mushrooms to the onion and fry everything together until the released water has completely evaporated. Cool.
  • Boil the eggs until hard-boiled. Cool them down. In order for the shell to be perfectly cleaned, boiled eggs must be transferred from boiling water to cool water, and after a minute, taken out and wrapped in a damp cloth.
  • Peel cool eggs and cut into pieces.
  • Pour the juice out of the can of corn.
  • Grate the cheese using a grater with large teeth.
  • Place eggs, mushrooms, corn and half the cheese in a salad bowl. Add pepper to taste and add mayonnaise.
  • Mix everything and crumble the remaining cheese on top. The salad will look great if placed on a flat dish using a cooking ring. It will take about 40 minutes to make this salad.

Salad with pickled mushrooms, corn and cheese

For a regular and economical salad you will need:

  • 1 can of corn;
  • 1 can of pickled champignons (340 - 380 ml);
  • mayonnaise – 120 g;
  • cheese – 100 g;
  • onions – 80-90 g;
  • ground pepper;
  • lettuce leaves for serving – 5-6 pcs.
  • Uncork the corn. Pour out the juice to the last drop.
  • Place the marinated champignons in a colander. If the mushrooms are completely marinated, cut them into slices.
  • Finely chop the onion.
  • Grate the cheese.
  • Place onions, corn and mushrooms in a bowl. Add pepper to taste, add mayonnaise and mix everything.
  • Cover the bottom of a flat plate with washed lettuce leaves.
  • Place the salad in a mound and sprinkle it with cheese.

Making a regular salad takes no more than 10 - 12 minutes.
