- two tablespoons of semolina;
- 100 g sugar;
- two chicken eggs.
Ingredients for the dough:
- 100 g sugar;
- 200 g flour;
- 200 g sour cream;
- 50 g butter;
- two chicken eggs;
- 125 grams of bitter chocolate, you can use cocoa powder;
- one teaspoon of soda;
- 70 g butter.
Step-by-step production
The main advantage of a multicooker is that you can put the consistency into it in advance and set the delayed start mode. By the time the time is right, you will already have something to amuse your guests with. Below we will carefully describe the step-by-step preparation of the dish, specifically the juicy and airy chocolate pie:
- Take the butter and melt it in the microwave and let it cool. Using a mixer, beat the eggs with sugar until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Then add sour cream and a little butter. Stir thoroughly again.
- Take out a bowl and sift flour, baking soda and cocoa powder through it, stir with a spoon. Add the dry ingredients to the watery ingredients and mix vigorously with a whisk. Knead the dough until it forms a homogeneous structure. Grease the multicooker bowl with butter and place the dough inside.
- Take out the blender and beat two eggs with sugar, add cottage cheese and bring the resulting thickness to a homogeneous state. It is very important that there are no lumps in the acquired mass. Take a tablespoon and carefully place the curd dough in the center. Pay attention, the curd mass must form a circle, the diameter of which is smaller than that of chocolate. Both layers should be at the same level.
- On the multicooker, set the special “Baking” mode and set the cooking time to 80 minutes. Cook the pie at a temperature of 110-120 degrees. After an hour, you can check the readiness of the pie. Some multicookers cook faster, it depends on the manufacturer and power.
- Remove the finished chocolate-curd pie from the multicooker and let it cool slightly in an upside-down position.
- You can serve the dessert warm or cool. This delicacy will be stored in the refrigerator for about 4 days. A fundamental point: in the refrigerator the dough will shrink slightly in size and change shape slightly.

The structure will be fluffy; there should not be any unnecessary lumps in it. A little advice - use soft cottage cheese, the dessert will turn out more tender and more appetizing.

- In the next cooking step, handle the chocolate. Take out a bowl, put butter in it and start breaking up the chocolate, melt it. To speed up the process, use the microwave. Leave the chocolate for a minute and a half and it will completely melt. You can make a water bath if you don't have a microwave.
- Add the chocolate mixture to the beaten eggs and sugar. Please note that the melted chocolate must cool, it must be added strictly cool.
- Add sifted flour with baking powder and vanilla sugar. The chocolate dough should turn out like thick sour cream. Add a little salt and stir everything thoroughly;
- Grease the multicooker bowl with butter. Place two spoons of chocolate dough in the center of the bowl, then add two spoons of curd mass to the middle. Continue these actions until the mass is completed.
- Then close the lid and select the “Baking” mode for 60 minutes. To ensure the dough bakes perfectly, let the pie sit for another 20 minutes. Thanks to this, the product will become even more magnificent, and eating it will be a couple of times more pleasant.
- Transfer the delicious pie to a special mesh and let it cool slightly.

Step-by-step recipe with photos
A very exciting recipe for a cheesecake pie with curd insides. Depending on the properties of the cottage cheese, the pie may turn out completely different in appearance. From time to time the dough does not tighten the curd filling. From time to time the cottage cheese stops in the center of the pie, and from time to time (like mine) it sinks to the bottom. Apparently this unpredictable behavior of the pie gave it the name “Fair”. But the pie always tastes delicious, no matter where the inside is located.
Instead of starch, you can put the same amount of semolina into the pie filling. I cooked it with semolina and starch. The taste is actually monotonous, but with semolina the pie comes out even juicier. Try different options and find the one that you like best.
Both the dough and the inside of this cheesecake pie are watery. It's quite special. Therefore, it takes quite a long time to bake.
Prepare the necessary products.
Steam the raisins with boiling water.
In the multicooker, turn on any program and put butter in the multicooker bowl. As it begins to thaw, turn off the multicooker. Usually 1-2 minutes is enough. Wait until the butter has completely melted. Grease the walls of the multicooker bowl.
Beat eggs with sugar. Add sour cream and pour oil from the multicooker bowl here. Mix everything well with a mixer at low speed.
Sift flour with cocoa and soda.
Mix dry and watery ingredients until smooth.
Mix cottage cheese with eggs, sugar, starch and vanillin. Blend everything with a blender until you get a smooth, watery curd inside.
Add raisins to the curd filling and stir.
First pour the chocolate batter into the slow cooker. Then pour the filling into the center of the dough. Set the program to “Baking”. If your multicooker model allows it, then immediately set the baking time to 1 hour 40 minutes. If there is no such ability, then turn on the program for 60 minutes, and after finishing the program, turn it on again for 40 minutes.
After finishing the “Baking” program, leave the cheesecake in the “Heating” mode for 20 minutes.
Then remove the multicooker bowl and set aside until the pie cools completely. Remove the cooled pie from the multicooker bowl using the steam tray.
Slice and serve. A very tasty chocolate cheesecake pie is ready.
