Ingredients for Chocolate Muffins:

  • Baking powder - 8 g
  • Milk – 150 ml
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 200 g
  • Butter - 60 g
  • Milk chocolate / Chocolate – 1 piece

Chocolate muffins recipe:

In a bowl, mix eggs, milk and melted butter.

Mix flour, baking powder, cocoa and sugar separately.

Mix dry and wet ingredients.
Add chocolate chips.

Divide the dough into molds and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.

Butter is a product obtained by separating or churning cream from cow's milk.

Chocolate drops are small drop-shaped pieces of chocolate that are used for making and decorating desserts.

The traditional recipe for chocolate muffins is “rubbed to the holes” - so they are delicious and easy to make. The title alone already evokes a storm of feelings among those with a sweet tooth. The cupcakes turn out slightly moist, moderately sweet, tender and incredibly tasty.

Prepare the necessary products.

In a deep bowl, combine the dry ingredients: sift the wheat flour, add cocoa powder, sugar and baking powder. Mix everything thoroughly so that there are no lumps left, and the whole mass should be moderately colored with cocoa.

Place pieces of dark chocolate in a saucepan, pour in milk and add butter.

Place on heat and bring until smooth, stirring occasionally. Bring the mixture to a boil over low heat.

In a bowl, combine sour cream with chicken eggs.

Pour the creamy chocolate mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring continuously.

Then add sour cream and eggs.

And mix everything again.

Place the finished dough into molds. If you use silicone molds or with disposable cardboard inserts, there is no need to grease them; otherwise, grease them with vegetable oil.

Place the pan with the dough in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180-200 degrees, until dry.

You can check the readiness with a wood splinter - if it is dry, traditional chocolate muffins are ready.

Serve cooled, incredibly delicious chocolate muffins for tea.

If you wish, you can decorate the muffins with cream, although they taste great without it.

Muffins - a seemingly simple pastry - have captured the hearts and stomachs of a multimillion-dollar audience around the world. With all this, almost all users do not fully understand the difference between them and their “closest relatives” - muffins and cupcakes. Who are the members of this trio? Cupcake (from English cake) – cake; cupcake (from English) – a tiny cake (cupcake); muffins (from the English maffin) are a type of cake.

“Big Brother” is a large cupcake with raisins, candied fruits and other sweet additions. This is baked, for example, for Christmas. But it wouldn’t be a mistake to call small cupcakes in silicone molds exactly that. The “little brothers” in this trio are cupcakes. In terms of their structure and taste, they are identical to cupcakes and muffins, but differ in their miniature size. In addition, they are usually decorated with cream or icing, which makes them look more like cakes. And, in the end, our main character is muffins. This is the name given to a type of cupcake. They are baked in portioned molds with various insides, salty or sweet - it all depends on taste preferences. Muffins are usually served warm with butter.

The confusion in the titles does not change the essence of the baked goods: they are tasty, beautiful and very easy to prepare at home. Naturally, you can buy muffins in the store without any problems. But the property, unfortunately, raises doubts. In addition, it is enough to spend a little time in the kitchen and bring to life one of the countless recipes. For example, making chocolate muffins interspersed with dark chocolate pieces is a real delicacy! And then immediately deal with chocolate fondants, what do you think?)

Ingredients

  • flour 200 gr
  • sugar 100 gr
  • baking powder 2 teaspoons
  • egg 3 pieces
  • instant coffee 2 tbsp. spoons
  • cocoa 2 tbsp. spoons
  • dark chocolate 150 gr
  • soft butter 200 gr.

Manufacturing

Beat the eggs into a bowl and add sweet sand. Using a whisk, mix the ingredients together into a fluffy foam.

Add soft butter, cocoa powder and instant coffee to the egg mixture. Mix all ingredients well.

Cut the dark chocolate into pieces with a knife. To make it easier to cut the tiles, leave them to sit at a temperature of 25 0 C and slightly thaw.

Place dark chocolate pieces into a mixture of eggs, sugar, butter, cocoa and coffee. Mix all ingredients with a spoon.

Mix wheat flour with baking powder, sift through a sieve and mix in small portions into a bowl with the butter-egg mixture.

Using a spatula, mix the thick, homogeneous muffin dough with chocolate pieces.

Take a muffin pan. Grease the inside of the molds with butter and sprinkle with flour or place in each paper muffin tin. Place the finished dough into each container - a heaping tablespoon. It should fill the mold slightly more than halfway.

Bake chocolate muffins in an oven preheated to 180 0 C for 25 minutes. A delicious cap with pieces of melted chocolate is created on the surface of the finished baked goods.

Place the finished products out of the mold onto a plate and serve while still warm.
