Ksyusha Garastyuk • 11/07/2018
Almost everyone is intimidated by the prospect of making cakes and pastries - the process seems complicated and lengthy. But waffle cake with condensed milk is such an easy dish to make that anyone can make it. And most importantly, not enough ingredients are needed. The cake comes out delicious and cheap.
You can adjust the filling to suit your taste, leaving only the main ingredients - waffle crusts and condensed milk. Add fresh and canned fruits, berries, nuts or jam. Although even without additional goods it turns out a delicious dessert. If you want to create a sweeter cake from waffle cakes with condensed milk, add more of the main component. If you increase the amount of oil, the dish will turn out to be the most high-calorie.
For the inside, both boiled condensed milk and ordinary milk are suitable - in any recipe you can create your own choice.
Waffle cake with condensed milk and sour cream
Sour cream makes the filling the most tender and airy. In addition, this product reduces the calorie content of the dessert due to the fact that even less butter has to be put into the cream.

Fruit waffle cake
If you add fruit to the insides, you get the most exciting variation of the dessert. You can add oranges, pears, apples, bananas, peaches, and pineapples to a waffle cake with condensed milk and butter as an additional inside component. Moreover, these can be either fresh or canned fruits.

Waffle cake with condensed milk and jam

Ingredients:
- wafer shortcakes;
- 200 gr. fruit or berry jam;
- ½ can of condensed milk;
- 150 gr. butter.

- Melt the butter at room temperature.
- Whisk butter, jam and condensed milk in a separate container.
- Lubricate any shortbread with the purchased cream, placing them on top of each other.
- Let the shortbreads soak - put it in the refrigerator for several hours.
Making the cake is not at all difficult. Use store-bought shortcakes and create a savory treat with any kind of inside – chocolate, nut or fruit.
