- Cut the washed champignons into thin slices and place them in a large frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry over moderate heat, stirring occasionally.

Wheat flour – 3 pinches
Mixture of Italian herbs – 1-1.5 tsp. (taste)
Ground dark pepper - to taste
Sugar – 1 pinch (as needed)

Julienne in tartlets with mushrooms and cheese is a beautiful version of the usual, spectacular and very tasty portioned roast appetizer, which is suitable for a gala feast, and for a comfortable home or romantic dinner. Wrapped in golden lace of melted cheese and served in small tartlets, julienne not only looks luxurious and festive, but also tastes wonderful. An ideal dish for occasions when you want to amuse your loved ones or make a pleasant memory for your guests without much hassle in the kitchen. Try it!
For manufacturing, you will need the components indicated in the list.
Fry finely chopped onion over medium heat until golden brown, about 7-8 minutes.
Add finely chopped champignons and, stirring, fry for another 10-15 minutes, until the juice that the mushrooms give has practically evaporated.
Sprinkle the mushrooms with 3 pinches of flour, add the dried herbs and, stirring, fry for another 1-2 minutes.
Add sour cream. Stir everything well, bring the mixture to a boil and cook for another 1-2 minutes until thickened.
Turn off the heat, add salt and ground dark pepper to taste. If sour cream has a slightly sour taste, you can also add 1 pinch of sugar to slightly balance the taste.
Distribute the prepared julienne among the tartlets.
Sprinkle each tartlet with grated cheese.
Place the tartlets with julienne under the grill or in the upper third of the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and appetizingly browned, and then serve.
