Keep it traditional with cheese balls, croutons and a savory mayonnaise dressing. I don’t recommend using store-bought croutons; the salad will taste completely different. It's better to create croutons on your own.

  • Chicken breast – 300 gr.
  • Beijing cabbage – 350 gr.
  • Reddish onion - head.
  • Bell pepper – 150 gr.
  • Canned corn – 90 gr.
  • Sesame seeds – 10 gr.
  • Loaf – 150 gr.
  • Herbes de Provence - small spoon.
  • Sunflower oil – 30 ml.
  • Garlic – a clove.

For the cheese balls:

  • Dill – 20 gr.
  • Garlic clove – 1 pc.
  • Fetax cheese – 100 gr.
  • Basil – ½ small spoon.
  • Mayonnaise – 150 gr.
  • Soy sauce – 15 ml.
  • Tangerine juice – 40 ml.
  • Garlic cloves – 1 pc.

First, make the crackers. Cut the loaf slices into small cubes.

Place them in a bag, pour in sunflower oil, add Provençal herbs, and salt. Crush a clove of garlic with a press and place in a bag. Close the bag, shake the contents well, ensuring that the seasonings are distributed throughout the loaf cubes

Place the croutons on a baking sheet or frying pan, lined with a sheet of parchment. Place in the oven preheated to 170 o C. Turn on the timer for 20 minutes. Look into the oven from time to time and stir the crackers.

Start preparing the chicken meat. Cut the fillet into strips, place in a bowl, pepper and add salt.
