Recipe for “Oatmeal cookies without butter”:

Grind the oatmeal in advance.
It is very important to grind them until they become flour, otherwise the cookies will not be chewy. I used a mixture of oatmeal, seeds, cinnamon and other additives, so you can add your own spices at this step.

Add flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder to the oatmeal. Instead of vanilla sugar, you can use extract or essence (1 tsp)

Now beat in the eggs, add butter, milk and sugar.
For those who have a sweet tooth, you can add another spoonful of sugar (5 tablespoons in total). Our dough is ready! Wrap the bowl in film and place it in the refrigerator for about half an hour. During this period of time the dough will become thicker and denser.

Preheat the oven to 200°C in advance.
Grease a baking sheet with oil and place our cookies with a tablespoon. The distance between them should be 3-4 cm, because during the baking process they will increase in volume. I ended up with 3 baking sheets. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes. - until golden brown.

Voila!
Our cookies are ready! I made a mesh from melted snow-white chocolate, but you can simply sprinkle them with sweet powder. These cookies melt not only in your mouth, but also in front of your eyes. Amaze your loved ones! Bon appetit!!

The article tells you how to quickly prepare original oatmeal cookies without butter, eggs, flour and even sugar. By following the recipe, you can bake a tasty and healthy treat with just 4 ingredients. As a result, you will get fragrant and crispy cookies, which you will enjoy enjoying with a cup of tea.

By the way, you can use not only walnuts, but also any others at your discretion - almonds, hazelnuts, cashews and other nuts. According to your taste. If desired, nuts can also be replaced with dried fruits. You can also add nuts and dried fruits. Chop 100 g of nuts using a knife.
  6. Add them to the prepared mixture.
  7. Stir thoroughly again. Now you can add vanilla or cinnamon.
  8. Take a baking sheet and line it with a sheet of parchment paper.

I can say that such cookies will be more to the taste of the weaker half of the world’s population, because they care more about their precious health than our powerful half. Such cookies can be classified as dietary cookies, because a small amount of wheat flour is used here. It can be prepared using 2 methods: use a larger amount of oatmeal, or the smallest amount. In the first case, the test mass will look like plasticine, and from it you can form round-shaped cookies, as in our case. In the 2nd option, we take 50 grams less oatmeal, then the dough is laid out on a baking sheet with a spoon and will be softer than in the first option. Choose your own option and let's start cooking. Oatmeal cookies are a regular recipe, no butter.

– honey 3 tablespoons;
– chicken eggs 2 pieces;
– baking powder 0.5 teaspoon;
– wheat flour 30 gr.

How to cook at home

In a suitable container, mix chicken eggs and watery honey. It is more convenient to create this function with a kitchen whisk.


Grind the oatmeal in a kitchen blender to the smallest crumbs. Add oatmeal into the egg mixture in small portions.
