- Chop half the onion into cubes or half rings and add to the rest of the ingredients.
- Similarly, cut eggs and canned squid (250 g) into strips.
- Add lemon juice (2 teaspoons), salt and spices to the salad.
- It is recommended to use sour cream and mayonnaise sauce (100 ml) as a dressing.

Step by step salad with cabbage, squid and corn is prepared using this method:
- Peel squid carcasses (4 pcs.) from the top film and entrails and boil in water with salt for 3 minutes. Seafood should be thrown into already boiling water.
- Remove the cooked squid from the water, cool and cut into narrow strips.
- Grind boiled eggs (2 pieces) and peeled cucumber using the same method.
- Finely chop cabbage (250 g) along with carrots.
- Combine all ingredients together in one deep bowl. Add canned corn (150 g) and parsley to the salad if desired.
- Season the dish with homemade mayonnaise (100 g).
Salad with squid, shrimp and Chinese cabbage
The next dish is more suitable for a festive table. In addition to squid, it also contains other seafood: shrimp. The entire manufacturing process can be outlined in a few words:
- Shrimp (800 g) are peeled.
- Garlic (4 cloves) cut into thin slices.
- Heat butter (70 g) in a frying pan. Garlic is added to it for almost 1 minute and immediately removed from the pan. The main thing is for the oil to become fragrant. Now you should fry the shrimp in it on both sides for 2 minutes.
- The squid is cleaned of the entrails and outer skin and boiled for 2 minutes. After cooling, they should be cut into thin strips.
- Chinese cabbage leaves (10 pcs.) are torn by hand and placed in a deep bowl. Shrimp and squid are placed on top.
- Previously boiled and cut in half quail eggs (10 pcs.) and coarsely grated cheese (100 g) are added to the dish.
- Eggs, cheese, squid, shrimp and cabbage are mixed in the salad.
- Cherry tomatoes are added last. After this, the dish is mixed again.
Salad with squid and Chinese cabbage without mayonnaise
This low-calorie, but satisfying dish will certainly appeal to all adherents of dietary nutrition. The squid in the coleslaw is the main source of protein, while the tomatoes and peppers freshen up the flavor and make it most exciting.
Step by step the dish is prepared in the following sequence:
- Peking or white cabbage should be chopped quite thinly using a grater or a knife.
- Cut the bell pepper into strips, as well as the tomatoes. If cherry tomatoes are used in the salad, then it is enough to cut them in half.
- Cool squids (300 g) peeled and boiled for 1 minute and cut into strips.
- Mix all ingredients in a deep bowl.
- Season the salad with Chinese cabbage and squid with lemon juice and vegetable oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Salad with squid, crab sticks and seaweed
This dish is a valuable source of not only easily digestible protein, but also iodine. Therefore, it should definitely be included in your diet. Moreover, it comes out very tasty.
To make the salad, peeled squid (200 g) are boiled until tender, after which they are cut into strips. Crab sticks (200 g) are crushed in the same way. Sea kale (500 g) is placed in a colander and left in this form for 10 minutes to drain excess liquid. If the taste of the spices in it is very powerful, you can wash the cabbage and then add it to the bowl with the squid and crab sticks. The eggs are cut into strips and added to the salad. The dish is seasoned with mayonnaise.

This light salad is perfect for both a formal and everyday dinner. It cooks quickly and comes out very tasty!
In almost a matter of minutes, even if guests are already on the doorstep, you can prepare this wonderful salad of white cabbage with squid, corn, eggs and mayonnaise. It comes out very fresh and light, and will appeal to everyone who loves such snacks.

RECIPE FOR SALAD WITH CABBAGE AND SQUID
500 g squid fillet
200 g white cabbage
100 g canned corn
How to prepare white cabbage and squid salad:
Boil 1 liter of water in a saucepan, add salt and place the cooked squid fillet in boiling water, boil for 3 minutes over medium heat, then remove with a slotted spoon, discard in a colander and cool.
Cut the cooled squid into strips, also cut the cabbage, grate the hard-boiled eggs on a large grater, drain the liquid from the canned corn, combine all the prepared products in a bowl, add mayonnaise, mix.
Garnish the salad when serving with greens, bon appetit!

To prepare a salad with squid and white cabbage, you will need:
peeled squid – 400 g
white cabbage – 150 g
carrots – 30 g
green onions – 30 g
mayonnaise
ground dark pepper
salt
How to prepare a salad with squid and white cabbage:
1. Finely chop the white cabbage, place in a bowl, add salt and lightly mash with your hands.
Set the cabbage aside until the juice releases. 2. Place thawed squid carcasses in a saucepan with bubbling water and boil until cooked (cooking time - no more than 2 minutes!).
In order to highlight the subtle smell of seafood, you can put 1 bay leaf and/or 2-3 dark peppercorns in a saucepan with bubbling water. Cool the squid, then cut into narrow strips. 3. Peel, wash and cut the carrots into narrow strips.
Alternatively, you can grate the root vegetable on a large grater. 4. Wash the green onions well under running water, dry and finely chop with a knife.
5. Place squid, carrots and green onions in a bowl with shredded cabbage.
6. Dress the salad with mayonnaise, season with ground black pepper to taste (no need to add salt, because there is enough salt in cabbage).
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. 7. Transfer the food to a salad bowl, garnish with herbs and serve.
Apart from this, you can prepare a salad with squid and white cabbage using a different recipe.
To prepare a salad with squid and white cabbage in Korean, you will need:
squid – 500 g
white cabbage – 500 g
carrots – 150 g
Korean salad dressing – 1 bag
garlic – 5-6 cloves
sunflower oil – 4 tbsp.
l. sugar – 1 tbsp.
l. salt – 1 tsp.
How to prepare a salad with squid and white cabbage in Korean:
1. Cut white cabbage into medium-sized squares.
2. Peel the carrots, wash, dry, cut into narrow strips.
You can chop the root vegetable using a special grater designed for making Korean carrots. 3. Place the defrosted squid in a pan of bubbling salted water for a few seconds, place on a dish, cool and cut into squares.
4. Peel the garlic and pass through a press.
5. Place cabbage and carrots in a bowl, add sugar, salt and Korean seasoning.
You can use ready-made Korean carrot seasoning or for making heh. Mix the vegetables well with your hands. 6. Add squid, chopped garlic and sunflower oil to the vegetables.
Mix all salad ingredients well again. 7. Place the salad under pressure and leave for 24 hours.
8. Before serving, mix the salad, place on a dish and garnish with herbs.
