- Egg - 2 pcs.
- Carrots - 2 pcs.
- Celery root - 1 pc.
- Pickled cucumber - 1 pc.
- Lemon juice – 60 ml
- Vegetable oil - 80 ml
- Water, parsley, salt
Manufacturing:
- Wash your tongue and later boil it in salted water.
- Then remove the tongue from the broth and dip it in cool water for a few seconds.
- Next, peel the skin and cut it into thin slices.
