Making puff pastries in the microwave from store-bought puff pastry:
- Place chopped dried apricots on any rectangle and sprinkle with sugar.
- Break the egg and separate the white from the yolk, then lightly beat it with a whisk.
- Next, you need to glue the edges of the pie together by gently running your fingers along them. Make sure there are no holes left. Grease the edges of the product with whipped egg white, this will protect them from the formation of holes.
- Line a dish for microwaves (microwave radiation, ultra-high-frequency radiation - electromagnetic radiation, including the decimeter, centimeter and millimeter range of radio waves) with parchment paper and lay out the puff pastries. Do this not in a crowd, so that there is 2 centimeters of space between the products. Otherwise, during the baking process, the puff pastries will grow and stick together.
- Grease the pies with yolk and lightly sprinkle with sugar.

- Packaging of puff pastry (0.5 kg);
- Minced meat (chicken, pork - to choose from) - 450 g;
- Onion - 1 small;
- Chicken egg - 1 pc.,
- Spices (salt, pepper, others) - to taste;
- Sunflower oil - for frying onions;
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tbsp.
Making puff pastry from ready-made dough in the microwave:
- Finely chop the onion and fry until golden brown. Mix it with minced meat, add spices.
- Separate the egg white from the yolk and beat with a whisk, as in the previous recipe.
- Place the meat filling on the dough rectangles and brush with egg white mixed with a spoonful of water. We glue the edges of the products and coat them with yolk. If desired, the product can be shaped into a triangular shape, then the meat pie will resemble a samosa.
- Place the top rack in the microwave, line it with a parchment sheet and lay out the puff pastries loosely.
- You need to bake the products for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180° C and a power of 50-60%.

Unsweetened
For savory pies you can use (per half a kilo of puff pastry):
- Champignons (0.3 kg), cheese (0.2 kg), 1 onion. Fry mushrooms with onions in vegetable oil, season with spices. Grate the cheese and mix with the cooled mushroom mixture.

- Rice (0.1 kg) and egg (3 pcs.). Boil rice and eggs, mix everything, add spices. You can also add finely chopped green onions to the mixture.
- Spinach (medium bunch), cheese (0.2 kg) and champignons (0.2 kg). Sauté spinach in sunflower oil, add champignons. When the mixture is ready, add the cheese. Let it cool and you can put it on the dough.
- White cabbage (0.5 kg). Finely chop the vegetable and simmer in a frying pan with the addition of some vegetable oil and your favorite spices (khmeli-suneli goes well with stewed cabbage).

For butter pies, they most often use (per 0.5 kg of puff pastry):
- Cottage cheese (0.3 kg) with raisins (50 g). Pour hot water over the raisins and leave for 20 minutes. Grind the cottage cheese with sugar (to taste) and vanilla. You can add 1 small egg. Pour steamed raisins into the mixture and mix everything thoroughly, avoiding any lumps of curd. Instead of raisins, you can use chopped dried apricots, other candied fruits or pieces of marmalade.
- Cherry compote (1-1.5 cups). If the berries are quite sweet, then do not add sugar; if not, sprinkle with vanilla and regular sugar.
- Apples (0.4 kg). Peel the fruits and chop finely. Place them in a heated frying pan, add a piece of butter, sugar and vanillin. Simmer until golden brown.

- Condensed milk (“toffee” - 1 can). Beat it with 0.1 kg of butter and place on the dough.
- Homemade berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, currants). They need to be mixed with sugar (to taste), then put into a sieve and let the juice drain. So, coat the dough with cinnamon and sweet sand. If you like it sweeter, add more sugar - adjust the amount yourself.
- It’s better, as you laid out the filling, to go over the dough a couple of times with a rolling pin. So, the inside will crumble less when transporting the dough.
- Cut the dough into the required number of pieces and puffs. It is better to use a knife or a knife for cutting pizza. They work with such a test as simply as possible and do not drag it along with them.
