Ingredients:
- Crab sticks – pack 1 piece (240g);
- Testicles – 4 pieces;
- Cheese – 100 gr;
- Fresh apple – 1 piece (100g)
- Mayonnaise – 100 gr
- A bunch of greenery for decoration;

First, boil the eggs hard. To do this, wash the eggs, add water and boil for at least 10 minutes. Separate the cooked boiled eggs, separate the yolks, and separate the whites.

Decorate the “tenderness” salad with finely chopped herbs and several thin slices cut from half a stick.

Boil the eggs in a bag, in other words, so that the yolk remains soft. This will make the salad even more tender. Later, three of them on a grater. Finely chop the crab sticks and fry until golden brown for a couple of minutes. Cut the peeled apples into cubes. Mix all ingredients with canned corn and season with sauce. In order to prepare it, mix sour cream with mayonnaise. Decorate with a star, which we make from sticks cut lengthwise. Place greens around the edges.
Crab salad with apples and tomatoes
- tomatoes – 2 pcs.
- crab meat – 200 g
- green peas - 3-4 tbsp. spoons
