Indescribably delicious pork with pineapples: 3 recipes
Indescribably delicious pork with pineapples: 3 recipes
Now I propose to cook pork with pineapples in several versions, which will help you choose a more suitable recipe for your own taste.
The pork comes out indescribably tender, juicy and very tasty. In general, what does it say, when you prepare it and make sure of everything yourself. To make fried pork with pineapples, we will need the following ingredients:
Pork neck - 1 kilogram;
- Sweet pepper - 2 pieces;
- Ginger is not a big piece;
- Garlic - 5 cloves;
- Pineapples - 1 can (canned);
- Green onions - a bunch;
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces;
- Sesame oil - optional;
- Ground dark pepper - to taste;
- Soy sauce - to taste.
At first, as a rule, we will do all the preparations and cutting out the goods. Take a reddish bell pepper, wash it under running water, cut it into not very large slices. We also wash and chop the green onions. We need to chop the garlic and ginger very finely, for this we use a grater. Next, wash the meat well, we will cut it into not very large pieces, carefully place the chopped meat in a deep bowl, then add chili pepper, a couple of tablespoons of soy sauce, garlic and, of course, salt to the meat. Next, pour all this with juice from canned pineapple, mix well and leave to marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Roast pork with pineapples
Next, I would like to share with you another equally fascinating recipe for making pork, this time we will not fry the dish, but it will be baked in the oven, because of this, the meat will not be very fatty and quite juicy. Another advantage of this dish is that it has an unusual taste for us, the taste due to pineapples is slightly sweet and very tender, it just melts in your mouth. To prepare baked pork with pineapples we will need the following ingredients:
- Meat - 500 gr;
- Onions - 2 pieces;
- Pineapples (canned) - 1 jar;
- Cheese - 150 gr;
- Mayonnaise - 250 gr;
- Oil - for frying.
At the first step of preparing the dish, we need to fry the onion, but first we will peel it and cut it into rings or half rings. Pour a little vegetable oil into a frying pan and put it on the stove to heat up. When the frying pan is quite hot, put the onion on it. While our onions are frying, in the meantime we will prepare the pork, we need to cut it into fairly small pieces. We take the meat, rinse it lightly in cool water and, using a knife, cut it into small pieces, it doesn’t matter what shape they are, the main thing is that the pieces are not very huge. While we were cutting the meat, the onion, which we fried, is ready, we spread it in an even layer on the mold in which our dish will be baked, my mold is clay. We also spread our finely chopped meat on top of the fried onion in an even layer. Next, we take the pineapples and cut them into small cubes, after which we put them on top of the pork, try to choose the appropriate size shape so that all our ingredients fit into it. But that’s not all, now we need to cover it all with a fur coat, we will have cheese as a fur coat, we need to grate it on a large grater and mix it with a small amount of mayonnaise. Next, with the resulting fur coat, we cover our pork with pineapples in an even layer, after which we send the dish to a preheated microwave to a temperature of 180 and cook until the meat is completely cooked and a golden crust is formed. The baked pork with pineapples is ready, all that remains is to cool the dish slightly and you can serve it.
Baked pork with cheese
Lastly, I would like to share one more recipe (my favorite), just like the previous dishes, this pork is prepared very simply and simply, but it turns out to be a truly unique and not very precious dish, believe me, it’s worth it. To implement this recipe we will need:
- Meat - 600 gr;
- Cheese - 100 gr;
- Sour cream - 150 gr;
- Salt - to taste;
- Garlic - optional;
- Pepper - to taste;
- Pineapples - 1 can (in rings);
First, we will wash and cut the pork, cut it into small pieces, focus on the size of the pineapple, a piece of meat should be slightly larger than a pineapple ring, approximately one centimeter thick. After we cut the meat, we need to beat it, we will beat it with the help of a kitchen hammer, which we used when preparing pork chops. In my opinion, it is best to beat the meat through film. Next we need to grate the cheese, literally the same as in the recipe above, we grate the cheese on a large grater. For this dish, I advise you to choose cheese with a not very high percentage of fat content and it is better that it is quite hard to simplify the grating process. Next, take a deep form, lightly grease it with oil and spread the beaten meat sparingly over the entire area of the form; beforehand, you need to salt and pepper it. Now we open our jar of pineapples and take out one ring at a time, placing it on top of the pork one by one. If your meat is not quite fatty, apply a not very thick layer of mayonnaise or sour cream on top of the pineapple; I personally prefer sour cream. At the final step, we need to sprinkle cheese on top, the amount of cheese here depends on your taste, in other words, do it because it will be delicious for you. Next, as you probably already guessed, all we have to do is prepare the dish, to do this we put it in a preheated oven at 180, for about 30, maximum 40 minutes, I think for now it will be completely enough for our pork with pineapples to be completely cooked. When the dish is cooked, remove it from the oven, cool slightly and serve in portions. Bon appetit!

Pork with pineapples in sweet and sour sauce
Friday, August 5, 2016
The combination of meat and fruit may seem unusual and even incomparable at first glance, but it is not so. If you once tried, for example, chicken with peaches or oranges and liked it, then your menu will probably include new dishes of this kind. Now I propose to prepare one of my children’s most favorite main dishes - pork with pineapple in sweet and sour sauce. It's very tasty, believe me!
Tender pieces of pork fillet and crispy slices of juicy pineapple are perfectly mixed with a thick and slightly special sweet and sour sauce. This dish is best served with boiled rice, but I personally like it best as a stand-alone dish (optional - just chopped green onions).
Ingredients:
Making a dish step by step:
The recipe for this ordinary, but very tasty second course includes pork (lean pulp without bones and fat - I always take loin fillet), a can of canned pineapples (565 ml), soy and tomato sauce, corn (or potato) starch, also refined vegetable (I use sunflower) oil for frying meat.
First you need to cut the pork flesh into small pieces - so that it is comfortable to take with chopsticks or a fork. Sprinkle cornstarch directly onto the meat.
Dredge the meat pieces until the starch covers them completely.
In a large frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the breaded pieces of meat in it over high heat. It is very important here that the meat is thoroughly dried from water, otherwise it will shoot in hot oil. In addition, be sure to fry the pork over high heat so that the slices quickly become golden brown - this way the meat juice will be completely preserved in them. And one more thing: fry the pork not all at once, but in parts, so that the pieces do not touch each other - then they will not stick together and release the juice.
In this way, fry all the meat until golden brown, after which we remove it from the pan and transfer it to a plate.
Wash the pan from oil, pour pineapple juice, soy sauce into it and add tomato sauce. If there is no sauce, you can use ketchup or, ultimately, good-quality tomato paste.
Heat the contents of the pan over medium heat, stirring, until boiling. Boil for several minutes, after which we put the fried pieces of meat into the sauce.
Simmer covered over low heat for about 10 minutes.
Then add pieces of canned pineapple and mix everything thoroughly. Cook covered over low heat for about 5 minutes.
During this period of time, the pineapple slices will soften a little and become saturated with the sauce, which has already thickened due to the presence of starch.
Serve pork with pineapples in sweet and sour sauce, fried with boiled rice, or as a separate dish.
Tender pieces of pork fillet, still crispy slices of juicy pineapple are perfectly mixed with a thick and not very special sweet and sour sauce. Try sprinkling some green onion on top - it will be very tasty, I promise!

Finely chop the garlic, onion and ginger, fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Add coarsely chopped carrots and bell peppers, fry for 2-3 minutes.
Then add canned pineapples (without juice). Stir and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
