  3. Chop the onion into small cubes.
  4. Mix onions with meat. Squeeze the loaf from the milk and add it to the minced meat. Add some salt.
  5. Grate the cheese. Mix it with cream. Squeeze the garlic and add finely chopped dill. You've run out of sauce.
  6. Form small, similar balls from the minced meat.
  7. Place them on a baking sheet. Place in an oven preheated to 180°C for a quarter of an hour.
  8. Remove the meatballs and pour the sauce over them. Bake the dish for another 20 minutes.

Chicken balls with gravy

The gravy not only gives the meatballs juiciness and makes them soft, but also mixes well with dry side dishes. You do not need to serve the sauce separately; the gravy will decorate any dish.

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 kg. chicken fillet;
  • 2 onions;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 50 ml. milk;
  • 2 pieces of loaf;
  • 2 testicles;
  • 2 tbsp. tomato paste;
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika;
  • salt.

Manufacturing:

  1. Beat the meat with a kitchen hammer. Chop into small cubes.
  2. Soak the loaf in milk for 10 minutes. Squeeze and add to meat.
  3. Finely chop one onion. Add it to the meat too.
  4. Combine the minced meat with the eggs. Add some salt.
  5. Make balls from the minced meat.
  6. Send them to bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
  7. While the meatballs are cooking, prepare the gravy - cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrots. Simmer the vegetables in a frying pan with tomato paste and a small amount of water until tender.
  8. Remove the meatballs from the oven. Top with gravy. Bake for another 15 minutes.

Minced chicken balls with mushrooms

Try adding different fragrant herbs. For example, basil creates emphasis and makes the dish completely unique. Thanks to the cream, the meatballs will still turn out juicy, despite the fact that the minced meat is drier than minced meat.

It is in the preparation of meat that the main difference between meatballs and cutlets lies. The extreme ones use minced meat ground in a meat grinder, and the meatballs use meat painstakingly chopped with knives.

First, in accordance with the recipe, you should prepare the minced meat. To do this, wash and dry the meat. Then chop it with a wide and sharp knife. You should get minced meat from small pieces of meat.

Take two crackers (or just prepare some bread) and soak them in cool water. When the crackers swell, squeeze them lightly and place them in a container with the prepared minced meat.

Next you need to prepare the onions. To do this, it is peeled, washed, dried and crushed using a comfortable method: using a meat grinder, a grater or an ordinary sharp knife. Act in a way that is comfortable for you.

This will guarantee that the meatballs will turn out fluffy and tender.

Wet your hands in water and form the first chicken ball. It must have a round shape. Make other preparations in the same way, constantly wetting your hands in water.

Use breadcrumbs or grind the crumbs left over from a loaf of bread in a blender. This will allow you to achieve the required crumb size and eliminate the possibility of using stale product. For flavor, you can add herbs to the breadcrumbs. Then carefully stir the powder and roll all the meatballs in it.

Place the frying pan on the fire, add a little vegetable oil to the container. When hot, add chicken pieces to the pan. They must be fried on both sides until golden brown.
