Cream "Raffaello" made from condensed milk and sour cream for cakes

Components:

250 gr. condensed milk; 150 gr. sour cream; 100 gr. snow-white chocolate; 50 gr. coconut flakes; 200 gr. sl. oils

Cooking method:

  1. I chop the chocolate into pieces, add sl. butter and mix well. I heat it in a water bath. When all the pieces have melted, remove from heat.
  2. I mix chocolate and coconut flakes and mix the mixture.
  3. I mix condensed milk and sour cream together.
  4. I add the mixture filled with condensed milk into the chocolate and coconut. I stir, that’s all - the cream is ready for consumption.

Apply cream to cakes, pies, pastries, biscuits and other treats. It will be indescribably delicious! Not a single guest will refuse a portion of biscuit treat with cream decoration, prepared by you at home.

  1. It is necessary that the sour cream be fresh and of high quality. It’s better if it’s homemade sour cream, then the layer will be fatty and very tasty!

  3. You can fill the inside of the cakes with the creamy mixture using a pastry syringe or armed with a plastic bag. It is worth cutting a cutout in the corner.
  4. If you create a creamy layer with fruit, you should take into account the fact that it will spoil more quickly. It is recommended to mix the layer, and just before using it, add crushed fruit.
  5. When the layer is very watery, you can add gelatin dissolved in water. Crushed scraps of dry cookies and nuts also have similar features. The leftovers and nuts must be crushed until the flour comes out. Just remember that you need to know moderation in everything. There is a great chance that you will overdo it and then you will end up with not a layer, but dough for making a cake called “Potato”.
  6. Layers with the addition of sour cream are made even easier if you compare them with other recipes. If you want to complicate the manufacturing method, you can experiment with adding various components: fruits, cottage cheese, dried fruits, etc.
